I am a senior American citizen. I am also a teacher, a scholar, a Burma expert, and a
patron to the Arakan League for Democracy (exile). I taught at university of Rangoon for many
years. I also taught at Payab University, Chiang Mai, Thailand and also at Cornell University and
New York University in the United States. I have published several books and numerous articles.
I read the report of the state department on Burma dated August 3
rd
, 2011. The report
mentions that Rohingya is one of the ethnic groups in Burma. This statement is absolutely
wrong. Rohingya never exists as in ethnic group in the history of Burma. The so-called Rohingya
is part of the Pan Islamize movement which is working hard to Islamize Burma and South East
Asia. As in American let me remind you that they are also working hard to Islamize our United
States. I would like to request you to correct this mistake.
