dentified By A Gray gnition Key. Use a universal alarm bypass module. ** The parking lights are
negative trigger through a 2.1k (2100) ohm resistor. *** Disarm is negative trigger through a 9.1k
(9100) ohm resistor. Arm is negative through a 1.5k (1500) ohm resistor. ATTENTON- Some of
these vehicles fall under a campaign program though the manufacturer to upgrade the computer
system when the vehicle is serviced at the dealer. After the upgrade is complete the vehicle may
not remote start. The solution is to add the second start wire as per the 2002+ Chrysler Mini-
Vans. Unfortunately, feedback from installers indicates it is not possible to add the second start
wire prior to the computer upgrade procedure as unexpected vehicle behavior may result. f the
upgrade has been performed connection of the second start wire is required. See Note #162

SEATS, the FRONT DOOR triggers are in the same plug as the REAR DOORS. WTH MEMORY

vehicle was manufactured before MAY 15, 2004 and you need to have another GNTON KEY

a PURPLE/YELLOW (-) or TAN/YELLOW (-) at Pin 3. when connecting to an Alarm System use all 4
wires and Diode solate, to connect, See DAGRAM NOTE *5 the PCM (Powertrain Control Module)
is on the PASSENGER SDE FREWALL. The BLACK/ORANGE Plug is the SECOND plug down
from the TOP. On the SRT-10 the TACH is in the BLACK Plug, Pin 18. On DESEL'S the Tach wire is
at the ECM, on the lower drivers side of the engine, FRONT 60-Pin plug, Pin 24 or at the Camshaft
Position Sensor just LEFT of the ECM in a 3-Pin plug.

EXTRA NFORMATON
NOTE *1 the PARKNG LGHTS on this vehicle use a 2-Wire System that will require 2 extra Relays
part # 775, to connect, See DAGRAM NOTE *2 the Drivers doors LGHT GREEN (-) is at the TOP of
the FUSEBOX in a 15pin plug, pin 6 and the Passengers door LGHT GREEN/BLACK (-) is at the
ETACS ECU, Pin 65. when connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM, use both DOOR TRGGER wires and
DODE SOLATE. to connect, See DAGRAM NOTE *3 the ETACS ECU is attached to the back of
the fusebox at the far end of the DRVERS SDE DASH. NOTE *4 the TRUNK RELASE on this
vehicle is a 5-Wire System that will require an extra Relay part #775, to connect See DAGRAM.
NOTE *5 this connector is a Single Pin plug in the FUSE/RELAY box under the hood.

NOTE *1 this vehicle uses a 1-Wire Door Locking System, the LOCK requires a (+)Positive thru a 620
Ohm Resistor and the UNLOCK requires a (+)Positive thru a 2700 Ohm Resistor, some units will also
require 2 extra relays Part #775, to connect, See DAGRAM NOTE *2 the DRVERS DOOR is a TAN
(-) Pin 5 the PASSENGER DOOR is a TAN/RED (-) Pin 6 the DRVERS REAR DOOR is a
TAN/ORANGE (-) Pin 7 and the PASSENGER REAR DOOR is a TAN/YELLOW (-) Pin 8 when
connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM use all 4 DOOR TRGGER wires and DODE SOLATE. to
connect, See DAGRAM NOTE *3 the BCM (Body Control Module) is attached to FUSE/RELAY BOX
located under the drivers side of the dash NOTE *4 the FACTORY DSARM wire requires a
(+)Positive thru a 750 ohm Resistor and an extra relay part #775, to connect, See DAGRAM NOTE
