period of One Year (1 Year) commencing from First day of September 2009 and ending on the Thirty First day of September 2010 2. The rental payable by the Hirer to the Owner is Rupees Twenty Five Thousand (Rs.25,000/-) per month 3.The Hirer in addition to the said payment shall deposit with the Owner a refundable deposit of Rupees (Rs. ) which shall be held by the Owner against any accident damages and or loss of Accessories etc, belonging to the Vehicle 4.The Hirer shall inform the Owner of any breakdown of the Vehicle without delay 5.The Hirer shall keep the Vehicle in good order and condition 6.All petrol oil cost and washing etc. shall be borne by the Hirer and a full service of the Vehicle including but not limited to Oil and filter changing etc shall be carried out by the Hirer at the usage of every 5000 Kilo Meters 7.The Vehicle shall be driven by the Hirer or Licensed Driver authorized by the Hirer. 8. The Owner shall always have the Vehicle comprehensively insure at his cost 9.The Owner shall be entitled to inspect the Vehicle once a month by himself or one of his duly authorized agents 10. The Hirer shall attend to all running repairs which shall not exceed Rs.3,000/11. The Hirer should inform forthwith the Owner any Accident or damage to the Vehicle and report same to the Insurance Company and if needed report same to the nearest Police Station 12.In case of and Accident the Vehicle has to be kept in a Garage for some time until the repair is completed . As such the Hirer agrees to pay the rental to the owner for the period the Vehicle lying in the Garage

13.No repairs to be effected without prior approval from the Owner 14.The Hirer shall not use the Vehicle for the purpose of transporting passengers or goods for hire or purpose of using for driving lessons 15 The Hirer shall not use the Vehicle for any illegal purposes ( including but not limited to transporting firearms,drugs etc.) 16. The Hirer shall personally hold fully responsible for the Vehicle and if the Vehicle becomes a subject of Inquiry or a production of a Court case due to and act of the Hirer or his Driver the hirer undertakes to pay the damages or loss of income to the Owner 17. The Owner and the Hirer agree that the value of the Vehicle is Sri Lankan Rupees 18 The Hirer confirms taking over possession of the Vehicle in perfect condition according to the Checklist morefully described in the Second Schedule hereto 19. If the Hirer decides to terminate this Agreement early the Hirer shall give one month notice to the Owner declaring his intention to terminate this agreement 20 The Owner shall have the full authority to take over the Vehicle immediately in case of breach of any of the covenants of this Agreement
