DURADUCT BALLISTIC.
DuraDuct Ballistic provides bullet-resistance up to UL752 Level 3 or National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Level IIIA. Offering protection against complete penetration and passage of fragments, you can be assured that the stability and integrity of the mechanical ventilation system will not be compromised. DuraDuct Ballistic is currently being used in high security facilities, providing emergency supply air to multiple safe rooms in the event of physical threat. Life safety of high security building occupants is paramount and DuraDuct Ballistic provides the required protection to facilitate safe evacuation and shelter in emergency situations.

ADVANTAGES.
DuraDuct Ballistic utilizes a lightweight fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) composite panel offering superior ballistic resistance at a weight 25% less than other equivalent rated systems. Three levels of ballistic protection are available, ranging from multiple rounds from a small caliber firearm (UL752 Level 1 / NIJ Level I) to multiple rounds from a .44 Magnum at close range (UL752 Level 3 / NIJ IIIA).
