Artwork must be created for and relate to the theme, "DIVERSITY MEANS ..." How well does the student use artistic vision to portray the theme? The concept is more important

than technique.

Fill out Student Entry Form completely, including Required Artist Statement on the Utah PTA Artist Statement Form to protect the Students information, Sign in ink. If no title, put "Untitled". Credit anyone who appears in your work. Obtain Parent/Guardian o With Student En permission form for any minors or others recognizable rotector attached with Maskin in your entry (Must Use National Consent Form)
