It has come to my attention that the Sandum Government has ceased to be recognised or been placed diplomatic embargoes on by nations

such as A1, Secundomia, and East Kozuc as a result of the Sandum Governments criticism of a certain East Kozucian law that deems walruses unlawful in said nation. The response of the Gishabrunian Government is as follows; The fact that the Sandum Government has considered taking back its recognition of East Kozuc is not surprising. As has been stated by Sandus, the law was against their governments foreign policy, in which only nations that are considered with serious intentions are to be recognised as true micronations by their government. S8gm8 Soergel was simply acting upon his nations laws, and had every right to do so. However, the East Kozucians had the right to ban walruses from their nation, if not to honour the Republic of Molossia, then to ensure that the government is not forced to build a marine enclosure for a citizens walrus to live in, which would be unruly and use up much or all of the nations available budget. I am of the impression that the Sandum Government does not wish to deal with a walrus and its well-being either. Many macronations have absurd laws as well, many much more useless and disappointing than the one East Kozuc recently passed, including the famous Regimental Goats of the British Army, the prohibition of eating garlic on Torontos streetcars on Sundays, and many more. Look these up if you are doubtful. The nations that have criticised the Sandum Government for their diplomatic actions have acted quite hypocritically, as the sovereign right of East Kozuc to ban walruses they adamantly praise is the same as the sovereign right of Sandus to deprive East Kozuc of recognition for its laws. Because of the aforementioned, methinks that the nations that have ceased recognising the State of Sandus are acting either out of spite and general dislike of Sandus or its S8gm8 that was gathering in their minds, or out of peer-pressure and of the examples that mature nations such as the Federated Republics of A1 have set. Another possible reason is to ensure that the nations own quirky and unusual laws stay untouched. As such, the hypocritical actions that some nations have taken to show their opinions on the event are rather immature, and quite resemble the childish wars that have long been frowned upon by our Community in all but name. The insults flying around, the derecognition of the opposite party, eventual peace and prolonged hatred of the former enemies it is realistically the same. As a final note, I strongly advise the governments of the nations involved in this affair to stop the violence, so to speak, and get on with internal micronational development. HIM Tsar Kuri I, Tsar of Gishabrun, etc

P.S. I still recognise the right of the nations involved to deny recognition to the opposite side, but I utilise the right of my own nation to state its opinions, and I very strongly advise against continuing the affair.
