REM (Repetitive Manufacturing) Back Flushing:
Double click the selection to move to REM Confirmation screen So, the following screen is for REM Confirmation:
This slide is only for your Information: REM Back flushing With Stock: Example: We have A095037 Header material with BOM as illustrated below-
We have stock for all the above material as: A095037 (PR01): 0 Nos A057092 (PR01): 2000 Nos G058029 (PR01): 2000 Nos We have planned order No as 15268 with 1479 Nos
All the Details regarding the Planned order are fetched in the following screen:
1. Enter the Planned order No & Press Enter
2. Enter the Date of Manufacturing 1. Enter the Planned order No & Press Enter
2. Click to save the posting document
So, Material stocks are updated, as well as the activities are posted automatically. The Activity values are set in Routing. So, the document is posted.
This slide is only for your Information: We have now updated stock for all the BOM material as: A095037 (PR01): 1400 Nos available for Quality inspection (Goods receipt)
A057092 (PR01): 600 Nos (Goods Issue)
G058029 (PR01): 600 Nos (Goods Issue)
So, we have seen the REM back flushing with available Stock, & with automatic activity back flush. Also we have seen the impact on stock at receiving & Issue storage locations.
Back Flush Manual Activity Changes

In last transaction we have done activity back flush automatically, If we want to do it manually, we have to do following steps: For same order 15268 we would carry out the manual Activity back flush:
See the following selection screen:
1. Select the row
2. Click to move to activity posting screen
In following screen you can put actual values of activities recorded for the production as illustrated below-
2. Save the document
1. We can put actual values here.
See the message on task bar So, A095037 stock (PR01): 1479 Nos A057092 stock (PR01): 511 Nos G058029stock (PR01): 511 Nos
Document Cancellation
(This is to be done only with request by authorized person)
1. Select to move to document cancellation screen
3. Select to see the document list
So, all the documents are exploded as:
1. Put the cursor on the document which you want to reverse
