Abstract: This study report review s and summarizes the m ain development course and current main features of
China industrial recirculating aquaculture, analyses the main issues existing in this industry, and points out the
weak points and the orientation of efforts from the point of technique. Then, the report sets forth the need of re2
circulating aquaculture technology for p romoting sustainable developm ent of China aquaculture industry, and
gives the suggestion and policy for the developm ent of industrial recirculating aquaculture at the p resent stage.
