Competency enhancement of Ops employees Training Need Assessment and Training and Development of Ops employees are being planned to enhance competency of Ops employees. Install a Zero Tolerance Compliance Culture Follow up & monitor the concerned department to assume the responsibility to ensure that proper documentation, approvals & other relevant things are in place prior to having the work done. Compliance with Regulations BRS has always ensured that all staffs operations are fully conversant, and comply, with the laws, codes, rules and regulations covering their area of operations; and that any problems that arise are promptly resolved, and if necessary reported upwards to the next level of authority. Development of 'Compliance Culture': A 'compliance culture' is fostered by all the staff on regulatory requirements, and the establishment of, and enforcement of, related operating procedures and controls. Automation BRS has planned the automation requirements for all its respective sections which will enable to establish strong monitoring and control over the loan files, staff, and daily operational activities and help minimize operational mistakes with financial consequences. Strategies of Retail Banking Service, SME Banking Service, Corporate Banking Service & Fulfillment & Disbursement: Faster delivery of service As these wings are directly providing operational services to the respective business division of the fastest growing bank like BBL, all these try to deliver faster service to keep the guests satisfaction intact. Risk Management Parameter All these wings intend to instill a risk and compliance driven culture within Ops rather than to remain as just a support center. In an attempt to implement the strategy, these wings have taken Maker-checker Concept, Security Cross-checking, Legal Vetting and Opinion, CRM Opinion, Internal Audit and Inspection Feedback Review, Error Tracking: Human Capital Development All these wings continually identify the training & development needs of their employees & provide the necessary training & development accordingly so that they can fulfill the current & future requirement.
