Battery Performance Non spillable With use of an absorbed electrolyte technology, electrolyte is absorbed to the positive plates &

; negative plates, an d the separators, coupled with the use of special sealing epoxies, and long sealing paths for posts, BOSFA VRLA batteries have exceptional leak resistance, which ensures batteries could be operated in a wide range of applications. Explosion Proof With advance safety valve system and special filter, bosfa battery could prevent the chance of battery explosion and ensure complete safety in normal use.

Sealed and Maintenance free operation There is no corroslve gas generation during normal use and no need to check the specific gravity of the electrolyte or additional water adding during batterys service life. High Quality and high Reliability BOSFA VRLA battery has stable and reliable capacity. The battery can withstand overcharge, over discharge, vibration, and stock. To assure this high quality and reliability, the batteries are 100% tested on production line for voltage, capacity, sealing condition and the safety valve are 100% visually inspected before the final assembly process? Exceptional Deep Discharge Recovery Performance With use of high density manufacturing materials and technology, Bosfa VRLA batteries have exceptional deep discharge recovery and charge acceptance, even after deep or prolonged discharge. Low self discharge With the advantages of lead calcium grids alloy and high purity materials, bosfa VRLA batteries could be stored for a certain long periods of time without recharge. ABS Containers and Covers With use of case resin both UL94Hb and UL94V o containers and covers, high impact and fire resistanve performance could be adopted with most bosfas range of products. Flexibility Design Bosfa battery could be used in series and or parallel to give wide range of voltages and capacities for variety of applications.

Battery discharge characteristics: The discharge capacity of battery is dependent on the discharge rate being used and amblent temperature, battery output capacity is reduced when it is discharge at a higher current. At a higher temperature, the capacity of battery increase and conversely at a lower temperature, the capacity of battery decrease.

Discharging Charging method: Correct charging is one of the most important factors in consideration of using valve regulated lead acid batteries. Battery performance and service life will be directly affected by the charging methods. Recommended methods of charging is constant voltage charging. It is necessary to precisely control of actual voltage in order to ensure that it is within the limits advised. standby service: 2.25-2.30 vpc at 25 c/77 F cycle service: 2.23-2.45vpc at 25 c/77 F It is suggested that the initial current be set within 0.3CAMPS. Note: It is necessary to ensure that the voltage is correctly set. The charging voltage set too high will increase the corrosion of the positive plates causing loss of capacity and ultimately shorten the life of the battery.

Effect of temperature on charging voltage as temperature rises, electrochemical activity in the battery increases. Similarly, as temperature fails, electrochemical activity decrease. Therefore as temperature rises charging voltage should be reduced to prevent overcharge as temperature falls charging voltage should be increase to avoid undercharge. To optimize service life, use of a temperature compensated charger is recommended. The recommend compensation factor for bosfa vrla batteries is 3mv/c cell and 4mv/c cell. The standard center point for temperature compensation is 20 c/68F. Battery storage: General storage conditions: The battery should be stored under the following conditions. Low humidity 5 to 104 F (-15 to 40 C) Clean, dry and avoid direct sunlight Handling precautions Never charge the battery in a sealed container Never disassemble the battery Never short battery terminals. Never incinerate batteries, for they may explode. Do not press and/ or bend the terminals, or over heat them. Do not install old and new batteries together, neither use batteries of different types. Do not dispose of with household waste. Use the specification charger for battery, and follow the charging instructions correctly. Charge the batteries between the temperature 0*C/32*F to 45 C/113F. Position batteries securely, protecting them from abnormal shocks or vibration. Keep sufficient space (10mm minimum) between batteries in a cool and well ventilated place. The ambient temperature must remain between -20 C/4 F to 40 C/104 F in storage time. Recharge the batteries at least every 6 months during storage.
