JAVA/J2EE System Analyst

A four year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 1 - 3 years programming experience with Java/J2EE technology Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL*Server, Informix or MySQL) and be proficient with SQL Experience with HTML, CSS, Ajax and JavaScripts Strong analytical ability Ability to function as a team player Experience with objects oriented analysis and designs Fluent in both English and Spanish (speak/write)

TAREAS:
In this role, candidate will be responsible for analysis, design, development, testing, transition to production and production support, including user requirements, application definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, and operational guidelines. Specific responsibilities include: Definition and analysis of user requirements, including scope documents Development of specific application modules to support user requirements using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Testing, quality assurance and certification of systems based on user requirements Support production stabilization and user help requests System enhancements based on user's feedback and new requirements Aware of acceptable practices when no methods, standards or guidelines exist related to their scope of work Aware of client business, their organization, their industry and position within the industry relevant to scope of work Understands the need to manage client expectations
