Turbo Bearings Pvt. Ltd. Was started in Rajkot. D. R. Patel and Mr. Paresh P. Patel has Started TURBO. They have started Turbo Bearing Pvt. Ltd. With investment of Rs.3 crores. In beginning time of Turbo Bearing Pvt. Ltd. They were produsing only Tepered Roller Bearing. Now a day because of great relation and superior quality company produce many types of bearings and original equipment of many vehicles. And today because of excellent performance they have lots of satisfied customers in india as well as international market. There was tremendous progress of Turbo Bearing Pvt. Ltd. During 1991 to 1994. And they expand their business in international market.

It believes that work which is done after definite time period. Turbo Bearing Pvt. Ltd. is very strict as far as time is concern. In Turbo Bearing Pvt. Ltd. there is card system. Everyone has to write their entry time and leaved time. General Shift of company is as under. Production is the heart of any industry. All the activities start with production in the company. It is necessary that production department run effectively and effectively. Because, if company runs production effectively and effectively then company can run other activety forward. Production is an organized activity of converting raw material in to final product. Main function of laboratory is to verify the chemical composition of SAE-52100/100Cr 6 steel as per IS/ISO norms. By this equipments, They are maintaining consistent quality of microstructure as per standard norms in prime raw material as well as in heat treated rings, roller & balls. Form and surface finish measuring instrument is being used for checking the micro geometry, it evaluate parameters like form geometry and surface finish of components. Also they are using this instrument for improving the quality and verifying their product with standards. It is also useful for R & D works as they can modify from of races & rollers to enhance performance of TURBO bearings.

This important testing instrument is used for checking the noise & vibration of Tapered, Cylindrical, Spherical roller bearings, Anguler contact ball bearings and deep groove ball bearings. This instrument is used for updating the quality of TURBO bearings.

Recruitment:
Recruitment is the process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating them to apply for job in the organization. There are main two sources for recruitment. Internal Sources External Sources Turbo Bearing Pvt. Ltd. adopt both the type of sources for recruit person. For unskilled worker they use internal sources they get unskilled workers on reference of current or previous workers and for skilled workers and official staff they use external sources, they give advertisement in NEWS PAPER and recruit employees.
