Now I am in professional module of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.(ACCA) I have done several projects pertaining to business management as I am working as freelancing business expert service provider. Right now I havent any active participant for this project as team member, but I would involve people from my professional circle and open hiring to play the respective role necessary for this project. 3. What problem are you trying to solve?
Youth is nursery to the future professionals. Absence of career counseling, misdirection and obsession results, loss of huge potential. New graduates/undergraduates have their degrees; even conceptual bases but still less employability. Reason is lack of competitive skill set. (Technical skills, computer literacy, communication, negotiation skills, cognitive thinking)

4. What is new or different about your idea? Learning galas (short courses, certifications, workshops, conferences, events, simulations) arent accessible to everyone because of geographical, financial & social barriers. I am going to do it all through a Virtual Training Centre in which dedicated resources will be available to provide customized solutions via E-mail, group discussions, live experts (chat and VOIP, Phone, UAN), and webinars. For remote areas, team of experts will visit and spread the light we are carrying. Well equip them to earn more from their jobs, businesses and freelancing work and how to be an integral building block of society and economy. 5. Does a solution exist anywhere in any form? Not exactly, but my idea is mix of contemporary tactics already being used for different purposes in business and education sector. 6. Can the solution you are proposing be replicated in other parts of the country? Yes it could be easily transferable and worth spreading buy involving volunteers as well from universities. Virtual service setup will be centralized and capable enough to serve throughout the country. As Its a potential idea for something doing good for society, surely people from other part of country would be happy enough to be the part of it.

7. How long will it take you to develop a prototype? In period of 4-7 weeks I can develop a prototype.

8. Who will benefit? What will be the scale of the impact? High school, collage, university, technical training institute students, professional qualification students, teachers, on job old qualified and even house wives get benefit from it. A knowledge sharing community can create a significant difference by uncovering and sharing a vital river of knowledge. Increase in employability. People ll get jobs easily, ll able to manage their business more efficiently, Can generate good money from freelancing work as now they have skill set to deliver the work at worlds desired standard. 9. Have you discussed the feasibility of the idea with friends, colleagues, community leaders? Yes I have discussed it with my friends and family plus and got very positive response which motivated me to present this idea in front of you as well. I had plan to discuss it with some community leaders but unfortunately I hadnt much time to proceed it as I was stuck with my some freelancing business projects. Now Its front of you and choice is yours. But I am keen to have a chance to prove the potential of this idea and urge of execution of this. 10. How much money will you need - basic breakdown of what it will be used for? Investment is directly proportional to level of initiation and impact of this project. However, our target is to make project able to self finance the activities. Below is rough approximation of basic breakdown. Capital Expense 1 Laptop : 50,000 1 desktp + other equipments; 30,000 1 Projector: not sure Furniture fixture; 50,000 Premises advance deposit ;10,000 Total aprox. = 200,000 Operational cost: (6 months) 1 Project manager + 2 more experts salary= total 100,000 /month

11. How will you keep it sustainable once the funding is utilized? By nominal subscription from beneficiaries. Trainees work ll be en-cashable as freelancing service.

Development funds/donations from concerned authorities. 12. Have you received any prior funding? I havent asked anyone for funding till now for this project. 13. Will you and your team be working exclusively on this project until it is completed? Betterment of our society/economy, recognition of our work, networking with professional world and financial compensation are enough motivators to keep us on road to accomplish this project and lead it further to beyond the limits. I will work with this project until it isnt a self perpetuating system which could sustain without me. As I am certain that it will work so I am passionate to grow with it.
