The Commission en bonc formolly constitute the Bids and Awords C'ommittee for the March L0, 2008 public bidding for the Automated Election System in the August 1-1, 2008 ARMM elections. For this purpose, the Commission en banc may:

Maintain the current BAC-which wil! require the oppotintment of a replacement for Atty. Alioden D. Dataig - and create o seporote BAC specificatty for the ARMM-AES public bidding; or
