Asia Pacific - Information Technology (IT) Full Time Analyst


Description The IT Division is committed to fuelling the Banks growth, as we build our common vision of being the worlds most admired bank. Technology has become an increasingly critical part of delivering for the Banks clients. It touches on virtually every facet of the Banks activities. Its increasingly pervasive role has been nothing short of a game changer in Financial Services. Specifically, a close partnership with the business is at the core of our value proposition. Alignment with the businesses Private Banking, Investment Banking and Asset Management is happening at every level. We are also addressing the needs of Shared Services departments to make sure our internally facing functions and platforms are as effective, seamless and innovative as our externally facing ones. Initial IT Technical Analyst positions are available in the areas of Application Architecture and Development, IT Operations and User and Production Support and potential suitability is discussed during the assessment process. Further opportunities exist to move into other IT areas in due course. IT opportunities are primarily available in Singapore and Hong Kong Training New permanent, full-time Analysts are under the IT Program for 2 years but within a 3 year oversight framework. They undertake the following: The Credit Suisse Induction plus a 2-3 week intensive IT Induction which includes introduction to IT and function/department specific education sessions, Financial Markets Training, core competency/personal skills and teamwork activities On-going training events/continuous development sessions over the 2 year duration including technical skills and further personal skills around change management/goal setting Additional initiatives/projects set by senior IT management Blended learning with classroom training and on-line tutorials Mobility/rotation opportunity within IT after year one Qualifications To apply for this position, you must be a graduating senior (graduating in December 2011 or May/June 2012) at a four-year college or university.
