- Go to www.afterschoolmatters.org. - Click on TEENS Apply Now for Fall 2011 Programs. - Enter downtown in the keyword search to find downtown programs. - Complete your online application and choose your audition/interview time. (You will not receive a phone call to confirm your interview/audition time.)

2 Interview
- Attend an interview session at Gallery37 Center for the Arts, 66 East Randolph. - Be prepared to audition* and /or show 2-3 pieces of your artwork** or writing samples.
** Examples of artwork can include drawings, paintings, photos, videos, jewelry, sculptures, and mosaic. * Teens auditioning for dance programs should wear something comfortable that they can dance in.

- Bring the confirmation page from your online application and a copy of your social security card.

Interview Sessions will be held on the 5th floor at Gallery37 Center for the Arts, 66 East Randolph Street (directions and map on the back). Programs run from Monday, October 3rd through Saturday, December 10th.

Currently-enrolled Chicago Public Schools high school students at least 14 years of age are eligible. CPS teens with special needs ages 14-22 are encouraged to apply. College students are not eligible. A limited number of opportunities are available to teens who attend Chicago Public Schools selective enrollment high schools and private schools.
