TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering The Hatch Family Chocolates T-Shirt Contest, I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding any artwork and designs (hereinafter the Design) that Hatch Family Chocolates purchases from me. I assign to Hatch Family Chocolates and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively Hatch Family Chocolates) the entire right, title, and interest in and to the copyright in my Design including the right to sue for past infringement and the right to further sublicense the Design, for its sole and exclusive use on and in connection with anything that Hatch Family Chocolates produces, contracts to produce or licenses. I also acknowledge that I waive all moral rights that I may have in and to the Design. Hatch Family Chocolates may use the Design in any manner on or in connection with any products we produce, contract or license to produce, including but not limited to: reproducing the Design on various products, selling products bearing the Design, changing or reworking the Design by making color or size changes, making derivative works of the design, using the design on the Hatch Family Chocolates website and on promotion material for Hatch Family Chocolates and registering the Design with the US Copyright Office in the name of Hatch Family Chocolates as the Claimant. I agree to provide Hatch Family Chocolates with information as may be required in order to register the copyright of the design if Hatch Family Chocolates so request, at no cost. I understand that I may not use the Design (or derivative of the Design) or allow others to use the Design (or derivatives of the Design) in any way. I acknowledge that the Design I am assigning to Hatch Family Chocolates in my own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which Hatch Family Chocolates in its sole discretion deems to be profane or offensive. I understand that Hatch Family Chocolates will provide payment within Ninety (90) days after Hatch Family Chocolates receives final design. If the hi-resolution artwork is not deemed suitable for print as determined by Hatch Family Chocolates. Hatch Family Chocolates will notify me of the reason(s) for its determination by email and will make a good-faith effort to assist me in presenting a suitable finished design. I agree that Hatch Family Chocolates is providing me with (undetermined) files which can only be used for the Hatch Family Chocolates Untitled Contest. The files are (undetermined) and (undetermined). If I use these files for any other work besides the contest, Hatch Family Chocolates will reserve the right to sue, confiscate, or destroy thework. The files provided are legally copyrighted/trademarked by Hatch Family Chocolates. I understand that if my design is picked I will receive a (undetermined) and one t-shirt (?). I also understand that I reserve the right to use the winning design in my portfolio, on my website, or any way I deem necessary for marketing myself. The design, however, is property of Hatch Family Chocolates.

RULES
The contest begins September 20th and runs through November 20th. No entries will be accepted after November 20th. The selected design will be announced on December 1st. Unfortunately, only entries from the United States will be considered. Design Qulaitfications: -All submission need to be submitted as vectorized .eps file. -No more than 5 Colors -1 Side (Front or Back) Entries will be put up on Facebook for community voting. Ultimate decision is solely made by Steve & Katie.

The winner will receive: -6 Month Supply Of Chocolates (24 Count Box) -$100.00 Cash!
