Name That Freedom This article articulates instances exposing both political candidates and randomly confronted civilians, incompetently failing to understand or recall the contents of the First Amendment of the American Constitution. Clearly, we don't know our shit (our freedoms). A large issue is the interpretation of the Constitutional view on the separation of church and state. While the First Amendment clearly states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion," (which is in fact the first line of the amendment), there is still constant debate in response to the interpretation of these words. But the main issue is, how much do American citizens, and politicians for that matter, actually know about the rules that our country was founded on? And most importantly, how much should we know?

1: Meditating is watching and waiting patiently with awareness and understanding. Meditation is not trying to experience something you have read about or heard about. 2. When meditating, both the body and mind should be comfortable. 3. You aren't trying to make things turn out the way you want them to happen . You're

trying to know what's happening as it is 4. Accept and watch both good and bad experiences. 5. Don't feel distrubed by the thinking mind. You aren't practicing to prevent thinking but rather to recognize and acknowledge thinking whenever it arises. 6. The object of attention is not really importatant: the observing mind is that is working to be aware is of real importane. If the observing is done w/ the right attitude, any object is the right object. 7. Just pay attention to the present moment. Don't get lost in past, don't get carried away in future. Vampire Friend! "Hey dude, check this out" *Reveals that he is a vampire* "Holy fucking shit dude!" Freaks out, looks scared "Haha man very funny" "No seriously, WTF just happened" "...Oh.. shit I thought you were a vampire too." "What?!?" "Oh, I dunno, You just seemed really cool and after hanging out for a while and getting to know your interests, I just kinda deduced that you must be one too..." "Holy shit please don't suck my blood and turn me into a vampire!" "Like, I'm not addicted to blood or anything. Being a vampire just kinda rocks. Like some vampires are addicted to blood, but really if you just try to not get tempted, it's really not that bad. Meditation helps too. *accent* Tha booda say, desiya is root of all suffering! *accent* so you know, I just kinda chill, I'm what you would call a straight-edge vampo." `
