Project Manager I

Responsibilities/Requirements/Qualifications:

Project Manager I-Has worked under the direction of a project manager in another setting utilizing a
recognized project management methodology. Willing to take PMP certification (depending upon
experience) within the first year of employment. Has worked under the direction of a project
manager in which his or her performance was managed to a budget. Some understanding of the
purpose of methodologies and their goal to meet objectives
Has demonstrated the ability interest and drive to meet deadlines, respond to schedule demands.
Understands the accountability that goes within a team. Has documented his/her work for a
supervisor or manager. Has participated at some level in the requirements definition phase of the
project.

Business Analyst I

Responsibilities/Requirements/Qualifications:

The Business Analyst supports individual and multiple projects, concentrating in the following areas:

1) Business Process Modeling


Individual with skills in documenting current state business processes to a fairly granular level and
develop future state processes. This will need to be focused on the "business" side of the house and
not the IT side.

2) Business Rules
Individual with the ability to drive discussions around how an agent runs the daily business and the
"rules" or "guidelines" that individual uses in determining how, when and where to place a detainee.

3) Use Case
Based upon the above, and with the recommendations the current team has already made
regarding potential software solutions, develop business use cases that could be used once a final
solution is chosen and implementation commences.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic
project environment and manage multiple projects (over time).
- A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse
organization.

Sr. Accounting and Financial Analyst/ Risk Management

Responsibilities/Requirements/Qualifications:

Sr. Accounting and Financial Analyst with Risk Management experience


Senior Financial Accountant and Analyst -candidates must exhibit a high degree of professionalism,
customer service, and enthusiasm.

Duties include, but are not limited to:


• Senior Financial Analyst responsible for the preparation and analysis of various consolidated
financial reports including regulatory reports for distribution to the executive officers of the
Company in accordance with GAAP, FASB, and SEC rules and regulations.
• Supports annual and long range strategic planning processes
• Strong financial modeling skills including the ability to model complex business questions/issues
• Ability to perform moderately complex statistical analysis including
• Interpretation of all aspects of accounting and finance principles and functions -must be able to be
proficient in the details. i.e. Account Reconciliations, Regulatory Reporting, Sarbanes -Oxley controls
processes, etc..
• Development of annual and long-range plans -- link business strategy to operational plans and
expected range of financial outcomes.
• Effectively review performance of subordinates to ensure compliance to requirements.
• Ability to understand and interpret performance metrics to effectively communicate results
• Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
• Ability to think analytically, creatively and independently
• Strong Project Management experience with the management of large projects
• Strong Business Process Improvement background is a must
Requirements:
• 10 + years of management Accounting and financial analysis experience required.
• Has significant experience with Auditing - Sarbanes Oxley and Governance and compliance of
financial process and procedures.
• Proven experience and knowledge of Forensic Accounting
• BS in Accounting and/or Finance with experience in a Supervisory Accounting/Finance role. CPA,
MBA, PMP, CIA, CISA are definite advantages.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required. The ability to formulate analysis is as
important as the ability to execute analysis.
• Strong knowledge of system implementations and building financial requirements for large IT
applications and systems. Knowledge with PeopleSoft, Oracle, and SAP preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, dynamic team oriented environment is important.
• Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills are important
• Guru status in MS Excel and Access Microsoft, advanced skills with MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced PC skills including MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and statistics packages.
• Knowledge of Insurance, retail and manufacturing industries are preferred.
Software Quality Assurance & Testing Analyst

Responsibilities/Requirements/Qualifications:

Will provide leadership and drive growth in the area of Software Control Testing (SCT). Built on
practical, real-world experience, Sogeti's SCT solution takes a proactive and structured approach to
software quality, testing and security. This enables clients to make informed decisions about
whether to put software into operation and deliver more complex, high-quality software faster and
more cost effectively. At the heart of SCT is Sogeti's Test Management Approach (TMap®), the
company's methodology for structured software testing services, and Sogeti's Test Process
Improvement (TPI®) model, a methodology for reviewing and improving the entire test process. As
part of Sogeti's SCT team, the right candidate will support a wide range of software QA and testing
efforts for various software development projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Qualifications:
• Evaluates and modifies software application test scripts.
• Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test writing and certification of
software. Has experience in writing test plans.
• Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
• Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Quality Assurance realm.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of QA
tasks.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Automation, Load and Performance Testing experience required.
• Experience with Mercury WinRunner and LoadRunner / IBM Rational quality management /
Borland SilkTest and SilkPerformer is desired.
• Strong analytical skills are a must.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of General Systems thinking, Context-Driven thinking, different
testing type etc.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in area of specialty (CS, CSE, CIS).
• 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Senior J2EE Developer

Responsibilities/Requirements/Qualifications:

· BI champion for Columbus unit. Will take content ownership of selling and delivering BI in the
unit.
· Position is director level in a selling and delivery role.
· Billable time 40-80%, remaining selling.
· At least 10 years in BI with progressively increasing project responsibility, last couple of projects at
PM or higher level.
· Prefer at least 14 years or more in IT consulting or related field.
· Needs to understand value proposition of BI for the business and how to explain that for specific
opportunities.
· Must have understanding of how to sell BI and ability to articulate Sogeti's key BI attributes.
· Should understand at least one BI toolset/ platform and at least one data integration/ ETL platform
in depth with hands-on experience.
· Must understand existing positioning of BI/ ETL vendors and their toolsets in the market.
· Prior experience in banking and insurance is highly desirable. Also good to have some experience
in retail and healthcare.
