Merchandise Manager
Responsibilities include ensuring product lines are brought to market in a timely and
profitable manner. Execute merchandising strategy including assortment, sales
planning, pricing and distribution. Develop assortment plans including breath, depth, pricepoint,
and space allocation for a specific product category. Ensure the product development is in
accordance with the line plan and production calendar. Contribute to the success of the
Department through developing and driving seasonal business strategies that meet or exceed
financial goals. Provide information and ideas to develop key concepts, key items, promotional
strategies and store assortments that are commercially viable and provide an exciting customer
store experience. The Merchandise Manager also partners with members of the cross-functional
team to drive for results.
Associate Merchandise Manager
This position is supports the Merchandise Manager in executing merchandising strategy
including assortment, planning, pricing and distribution. Also, analyzing business by store &
region and partnering with Production to help develop lines. Responsibilities also include
managing sample process (ordering and maintenance), generating various business analysis and
communicating with other Associate Merchandisers across departments to ensure that
deliveries are consistent in coordinating items.

Allocator

Responsibilities include Allocating initial and reserve merchandise, using the best strategy or
method based on the category plan, current trend or performance data. Manage allocations to
accommodate the needs of all the stores & distribution centers, and suggest alternatives strategies
when product is selling differently than the PO split was distributed. Maintain size representation
in all stores on go forward key items and basics. Participate in monthly basics meetings,
communicating size and⁄or color open-to-buy opportunities based on store level data. Working
with the planner and manager, create weekly store selections and monitor the allocation strategy.
Monitor weekly fast/slow selling store report and partner with manager to strategize toward sales
trend improvement. In addition, the Allocator will partner with the Store Planning team to service
HVSS and special store needs through allocation strategy.

Merchandise Planning Analyst

The Planning Analyst supports the Planning Manager with a bottoms up (style level)
view of the business. Responsibilities include the creation of weekly sales and
markdown plans ,Re-forecasting of weekly sales and markdown plans with
recommendations on how to drive business, Actualizing weekly results and using
actualization as input into end of season selling documentation and analysis, Creation of
end of season documentation, including assortment diagnostics used to establish
strategic opportunities in the business, Creation of assortment plan diagnostics used to
assess opportunities and risks in the buy. Weekly recaps of style performance against
Plan and LY, including Action Items with recommendations to drive business

Store Designer

This position contributes to the design development and evolution of the branded store
environment as it pertains to architecture and fixtures for multiple brands (TCP/DS), partnering
heavily with Real Estate, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Construction and Leadership,
insuring store concepts are best in class from a customer experience, brand expression,
investment, total lifecycle cost and functional standpoint. Additional responsibilities include
Canvasing the design landscape and bring back the best of innovation and quality to the team,
develop the design evolution of multiple brands architecture. Also, develop standards and detail
templates and expert architectural and fixture resource for key business partners.
Construction Manager

The position coordinates and manages the construction of new and remodel stores.
Daily responsibilities include the management of construction of new and remodel
stores from concept to closeout. Manage budgets control change orders and approve
invoices. Ensure quality, on time completion of stores, order materials and coordinate
all vendor deliveries to job sites. In addition this position requires extensive travel
throughout the US and Canada

Footwear Designer

This position is responsible for design development and product implementation of boys dress
and casual shoes based on interpreting trends and translating them into brand right ideas.
Develop creative ideas and product awareness in order to produce a creative and competitive
product that will help grow the business. Daily responsibilities include tracking current trends in
boy’s shoes via media, Internet and occasional market shopping. Establish development specs,
designate all fabrics and trims and work directly with Hong Kong office to maintain updated
development status. In addition the Designer manages and delivers to seasonal calendars to meet
all deadlines.

Artist

Responsibilities include creating and pitching original textiles, graphics, and premium denim art-
work. In addition this position is responsible for pitch sheets, sampling and production
keeping abreast of current art trends and techniques. In addition, you must have
excellent computer skills (U4ia) and be able to travel to Hong Kong at least twice a year.
