services for those who want to set up their own Sustainability Group – supported
by www.Eco-Campus.eu.

You can work either independently as an LLP or as a Co-


venture as a members’ Co-op.

The Flow Internet Collective recommends subscription to


Resurgence Magazine.
Resurgence subscribers receive access to “seed” resources,
contacts, expertise, introductions and support via the
Members’ Intranet. This is designed for those who want to
work towards financial independence, providing services for
Social Entrepreneurs, and promote Transition Culture.

Barefoot Holidays for Social Entrepreneurs


If you are interested in working with us you can
access business orientation for setting up
independent Social Enterprise Co-ventures by
visiting Eco-Campus -SOL Community at The Spirit
of Life Retreat Centre, Mani, Greece.

Those who complete two weeks at the Retreat


Centre learn about the principal components of
ethical enterprise based on Community principles
and informed by a perspective derived from perma-
culture. This is suitable for those interested in the practice of Right Livelihood and
Community (Sangha).

This is not a management course or commercial agenda. The programme is a


creative break from reductive, analytic thinking and for those individuals who
share a commitment to work-life balance and living and working for People and
Planet. It is suitable for those with an active interest in Dharma studies and
Dharma practice, and Right Livelihood.

All you need do, when you apply is to let us know which town
or city, or towns and cities in Europe or Asia where you want
to set up your Sustainability Group.

We will work with you in preparing the resources, contacts


and support that will enable you to deliver support services to
individuals, professionals, Social Enterprises and
entrepreneurs on a membership subscription basis.

Alternatively, you can learn about sustainable enterprise on a


study week at Schumacher College. (Prices start at £500 a
week).

Curricula can be localised to support European and Asian


languages.

The Spirit of Life Centre


SOL Community is committed to the principles of Whole Person Development,
human-scale education and eco-learning.
As a SOL Community Member you can offer teacher training for those who want
an independent career as a tutor, coach, mentor or education provider.

Media Services
Eco-Campus Publishing and Media services are designed for independent
educators to publish their own courses for students.

Our schools’ service provides media services for education


providers who want to develop Curricula in conjunction with

Eco-Campus and those developing curricula in Sustainable
Enterprise Development.
Film Club membership is available for schools and educators who want to set up
their own screenings on a membership basis, using Zen Café Central Film Library.

Transition Culture
Those working in Transition Culture can work with local venues to run smoke-
free, alcohol-free, drug-free “barefoot Boogie” nights for all ages.

This is designed to create revenues to subsidise meditation classes, Dharma


workshops, urban retreats on a subscription basis.

This option is suitable for Right Livelihoods and those providing yoga, meditation,

Publishing diaries
Planners, yearbooks, school workbooks, handbooks and diaries are available
through our Curriculum Development service and Study Direct.

We work with designers and content providers and those who want to draw on
Zen Central content for access to courseware in EFL, language learning,
Leadership, Human Ecology, Dharma studies and Eco-learning.
