Dear Local Chapter President: Thank you for your dedication to the community and the members you serve. As part of our on going effort to produce tangible tools to educate the leadership across America, enclosed is the latest module. Early in the year the Chapter Resource Team produced a video training program on the Seven Steps of Effective Chapter Management. Today you have received the second program module entitled The Final Chapter. This new program has been designed to define steps in which will aid you in finishing the year strong and the importance of replacing yourself. Your chapter resource team state coordinator and a team of facilitators along with your regional/area and district directors stand ready for your call to schedule your boards module workshop.
