Green Plantain Ingredients:

Bullets with 1/2 cup water


1/2 cup brown sugar
Coconut and Cheese 2 tsp banana syrup
500 g first fry banana
Oil for deep frying
Patacon Preparation:

Combine water, brown sugar, banana syrup and


boil for a few minutes.
Drain and cool.
Deep fry in 160 Celsius for 2 minutes.
Add skim milk 1 tsp per 50 g.
Pack and seal. Banana Burger
Shake.
Pack in 50 g and 100 g. Ingredients:
50 pesos can form 10 packs of 100 g.
Whole ripe banana (cardava)
Ground pork
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Garlic/banana powder
2 tsp soysauce

Preparation:

Deep fry the whole ripe banana.


Slice into two.
Marinate the ground pork with soy sauce.
Add pepper, salt and sugar banana powder.
Fry the ground marinated pork.
After frying, put it in the sliced banana.
Then add banana catsup.
This recipe costs 60 pesos and can serve 10 people.
Temptation Cardava
Drumstick Snack Green Cardava
Ingredients: Empanada of
2 cups mashed cooked cardava
2 eggs
Cheese or Shrimps
1 cup flour
2 cups sugar
2 tbsps margarine

Preparation:

Boil 4 pieces cardava until cooked.


Peel and mash.
Mix the beated eggs and flour.
Denomugan Delicacy
Shape into a drumstick.
Serve with a stick. Ingredients:

2 hands banana cardava


1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ground rice
1/2 cup grated young coconut
Young leaves of coconut - webbed

Preparation:

Peel the banana then mash the banana equally then set aside.
Prepare sugar, ground rice, and grated coconut.
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix well until
thoroughly blended.
Set aside.
Prepare the webbed leaves of coconut.
Put inside the coconut webbed leaves the mixed ingredients.
Put them in the kettle ready to cook for 30 minutes.
Serves 10 person.
Jack’s Ridge Hot Banana in Yellow Cream Sauce

Green Plantain Ingredients:

Fried Balls 3 pcs Cardava Banana


5 g Curry powder
1 pc red bell pepper
1 pc onion, chopped
1 pc carrot
1 pc beef cube
30 mL evaporated milk

Green Plantain 1 stalk celery, chopped


2 pcs sili labuyo

Croquetas 3 pcs sili leaves


5 g ginger
3 tbsps cornstarch
with Cheese 10 mL corn oil
iodized salt
black pepper
10 g ground pork

Preparation:

Boil cardava banana for 10 to 15 minutes.


Drain the boiled banana.
Peel and remove the side strings of the boiled banana.
Sauté onion, ginger, sili labuyo and red bell pepper together.
Add 5 grams curry powder.
Pour 1/2 cup water. Mix.
Add 1 beef cube. Stir and mix and let it roll for 3 minutes.
Add a pinch of pepper and salt.
Pour 30 mL evaporated milk.
Add cornstarch. Stir until it becomes thick.
Garnish and present the dish very well.
