The Physical Property and element chemical property Every part of physical and chemical properties of elements is based on their atomic electron configurations. Metal and non metal properties The elements classification of metal and non metal depends on their physical properties. Some noticeable properties of metal group are as mentioned below: a. b. c. d. e. Shine Good electrical and heat conductor Can be processed as metalwork Not brittle Mostly on solid form, except for mercury which has liquid form

The nnmetal group has opposed properties with metal group. Few elements (antimony, arsenic, boron, silicon, germanium, and tellurium) in someway have similar properties with metal, but they also have similar properties with non metal in different ways, that is why they are called metalloid. L. INSTRUMENT Essay! The Difference between metal and non metal element can be known from its physic properties. From 15 elements below, determine which one element include metal or non metal!
