COCA-COLA ISIP HAPPINESS, MAKE IT HAPPEN Program Mechanics Participant must be: A student or group of students, in High School

l or College Aged 12 to 25 years old Currently enrolled in the participating school (SY 2011-2012) indicated in the entry form SCHOOL LEVEL 1. Secure a copy of the entry form from the Student Affairs office of your campus. 2. Fill up entry form with the following: 2.1. General Information 2.1.1.Name/s of Proponents 2.1.2.Name of School 2.1.3.School level/Year 2.1.4.Contact Information 2.2. About My Idea 2.2.1.Category: (select one) Active Healthy Living, Community or Environment 2.2.2.Opportunity/Problem 2.2.3. My Idea to Address Opportunity / Problem 2.2.4.Creativity/Uniqueness of My Idea 2.2.5.Sustainability of My Idea 2.2.6.Link of My Idea to Coca-Cola 2.2.7.Tasks / Timings / Budget to Implement My Idea 2.3. Others 2.3.1.Documentation of past projects implemented 3. Email accomplished entry form and other attachments to zurc_wences14@yahoo.com on or before 5:00 pm September 27, 2011. 4. Submission of entry means acceptance of all terms and conditions applicable to this program. 5. From the entries submitted by students within a participating school, Coca-Cola Philippines will shortlist the Top 20 entries, based on the ff criteria: 5.1. Creativity & Feasibility (30%) 5.2. Relevance (25%) 5.3. Sustainability (30%) 5.4. Link to Coca-Cola (15%) 6. From the Top 20 entries, a panel of judges comprised of members of Coca-Cola Philippines and/or partner agencies will determine the TOP 5 entries for the participating school, based on the same criteria mentioned above. 7. The decision of the panel of judges is final. 8. Five large containers will be placed in each participating school one for each of the Top 5 entries selected by the panel of judges. 9. Students will be encouraged to support their favorite entries by placing Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero or Coca-Cola Light caps and crowns in the designated containers for the entries they want to vote for in their schools. 10. Duration of voting via caps and crowns collection will be from September 29 to October 7, 2011 (open to extension). 11. The entry with the most number of caps and crowns will advance to and represent their school in the School Cluster Level. 12. Proponents of the winning entry will be notified by email or by phone within October 10 to 14, 2011. SCHOOL CLUSTER LEVEL 1. Each participating school is assigned to a School Cluster, comprised of other participating schools within the same vicinity. See

Proponents of School Level winning entries that advance to the School Cluster Level must submit one (1) video or one (1) photo-essay of their entry proposal on or before October 21, 2011. 3. Guidelines for the video or photo-essay entries: 3.1. Video entries must have duration of 1-2 minutes only. Must be in AVI or MPEG format. 3.2. Photo-essay must be in MS Word format. Limit to 3 photos and description of 300 words only. 4. Entries that do not meet the above guidelines will be disqualified. 5. All submissions must be original works of the students. The proponents are responsible for ensuring that the consent of any person whose image or work is shown in the submitted entries shall have been obtained prior to the submission. 6. Email video or photo-essay to cokeisiphappiness@apac.ko.com or mail in CD format to the following address, and must be received by On Ground Activation on or before 11:59 PM on October 21, 2011. Entries will be uploaded by MRM Worldwide in the Live Positively Facebook application (found in http://www.facebook.com/LivePositivelyPhilippines) by November 13, 2011. 8. Online voting is open to all Facebook users. Click Like on the Live Positively Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/LivePositivelyPhilippines), in order to access the online voting application. 9. Each Facebook user is limited to only 1 vote per School Cluster for the entire voting duration. 10. Duration of online voting will be from November 14 to 25, 2011. 11. Within each School Cluster, the entry with the most number of online votes will win FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 5,000) and will advance to the National level. 12. Proponents of each School Cluster winning entry will be notified by email or by phone within November 28 to December 2, 2011. NATIONAL LEVEL 1. The videos or photo-essays of the winning entries in the School Cluster level will be posted by MRM Worldwide in the Live Positively Facebook application (found in http://www.facebook.com/LivePositivelyPhilippines) by December 4, 2011. 2. Each Facebook user is limited to vote for up to 3 entries for the entire voting duration. 3. Duration of online voting will be from December 5 to16, 2011. 4. The Top 3 entries with the most number of online votes will win as the National level winners and will receive prizes as follows: 4.1. 1st place: FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 50, 000) & plaque for the proponents, and 10 computers for their school 4.2. 2nd place: TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 25,000) & plaque for the proponents, and 5 computers for their school 4.3. 3rd place: TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 10,000) & plaque for the proponents, and 2 computers for their school. 5. Awarding will be held within December 19 to 23, 2011. The winners and their respective schools will be advised of the exact date and time for the awarding ceremonies.
