methods, are considered gimmick by many.
Public relations is the process of aligning the perceptions of targeted audiences (or
publics) with the current realities and reasonable prospects of another entity.
Examples include:

Advertising medium are the ways or tools to advertise products or services.
While there are a number of venues where you can promote your business, you need to
ask three important questions:
* Where are my target buyers?
* What is the best medium to reach them?
* Can I afford to launch an effective campaign using this medium?
Include: newspaper, magazines, yellow pages, radio, television, direct mail,
telemarketing, Specialty Advertising.
Each medium have their advantages and disadvantages, and is used in specific situation,
specific products. But I think television is the best, because:

* Television permits you to reach large numbers of people on a national or regional
level in a short period of time
* Independent stations and cable offer new opportunities to pinpoint local audiences
* Television being an image-building and visual medium, it offers the ability to convey
your message with sight, sound and motion

- Insurance market in VN is quite young – about 40 years old.
- there are a lot of insurance in many field. Such as: Bao Viet, Bao minh, or foreign
company: Prudential, AIA.
- There are many insurance policies for variety kinds of customer: pupil insurance,
medicine insurance, longevity insurance, company insurance, body sage insurance....
-In next time, insurance market will be broaden in scale because of stronger investment
and support policies from government.
* they take out insurance to have a guarantee in case there are any damage => avoid risk.

advertise them?
Don’t agree:
- it’s nonsense if we have a high quality products, but nobody know about it.
- in some situation, customers base on advertise to buy products. They may think that
your products are “no name” in market.
- Advertising help you affirm your quality and show your unique selling proposition in
market.
14.What do u predict about investment in VN?
Background of VN:
- have the permission to join WTO on September 7th.
- Financial market is developing quickly. In some nearly day, VN-Index approached to
800 point.
- Investment law has just been passed; make a good condition for investors.
=> I predict that investment in VN will increase quickly.
15.U plan to go on a holiday, which insurance policies do u take out?
I will take out travel insurance policies, especially if I go abroad for holiday.
Many insurance companies provide fascinating travel insurance with low cost and high
secure.
16. What do you think of the opinion: advertisements don't tell the truth?
That statement is so pessimistic. Ads bring many conveniences for not only producers but
consumers:
- Provide information about products, for customers have a good comparison to
have the best choice.
- Sometimes, it only tells about the good side of product, but it is also such good
information.
- Advertisement is one of the most important factors of market economy.
