This involves assessing their needs through contact with family and carers, liaising with other care professionals for assessments and referrals, getting people involved in community activities, managing their documents to a high standard as required and managing the care plans of the service users. As a deputy some of my roles are also to make sure that there is constant review of the needs and welfare of the service users.
