5.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS


For ending Industrial Training is certainly there proposals that could focuses to

positive thinking which is beneficial to all parties. For students who have completed their Industrial Training in a particular term, it can be divided into three categories of recommendations and suggestions to the University, the companies and students following the Industrial Training.

5.1

To University

Before any agreement made in pacing a student in a company, the University shall ensure that the company was fit with what the students want to venture through the Industrial Training objectives. This will have significant impact on students if there are problem in the selection of Industrial Training placements. Problems will also exist if a change in placement process conducted in the middle of the Industrial Training. For example, when students were preparing for the Industrial Training sessions will be followed by searching for accommodation, vehicles and friends, but had transferred to other places because of the work done is not compatible with what they have learned. In addition, there are also cases where students keep the discrepancies of work done to avoid problems arising from a change in placement.

About the lecturers at the training site visit, the lecturer should visit student at least twice during the run Industrial Training. At the beginning of the first month because the students can discuss problems faced while training place. In the last month, the students can talk to lecturers on how to make a full report as prescribed by the University upon completion on Industrial Training.

I propose that the University to inform the company that takes the trainees to conduct the daily schedule, this is due to launch the training and the trainees will receive sufficient training.

5.2

To Company

The company also plays an important role in providing guidance and mentoring to students on the matter in accordance with the course. Should the company provides employment opportunities as desired by the students. The company is also supposed to provide any form of rewards for the tasks performed by the trainee concerned. With the rewards of the company will further enhance the spirit of students and to increase interest in the field of interest. In addition, the company also must be concerned about the problems of students throughout the Industrial Training conducted. As the students are new to working life, then coaching and guidance from the company is required. If actions are not implemented, the students assume the management company is not concerned with the task or job they had done. Training conducted in the laboratory maintenance should also more exposed to the students. This is intended for students to learn more about the process of a project is carried out. In addition, students can also add to the knowledge as well as to adapt to the environment in the venue.

5.3

To Students

Through the Industrial Training program has been carried out, students can obtain a variety of new experiences are beneficial for use in the future. Therefore, students are encouraged to ask if there are any questions to those concerned in carrying out the task entrusted to the hardworking and diligent to get used to while in the real working world.

In addition, any problems that arise should be referred to the Company and the University. Decisions taken by ignoring the opinion of the Company or the University will cause problems that should not happen. Thus, it is important for students to always keep the good name of the Company and the University for the mutual benefit in future.
