Dear Ms. Weismann: This is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking all records related to the proposed FOIA module or tracking system. Staff in the Office of Environmental Information, Office of Information Collection, conducted a search and located the enclosed records. Enclosed you will find: 1) a presentation entitled FOIA.gov discussion dated June 9, 2010. [Other versions of this presentation exist but are identical except for the cover page.]; 2) a presentation, Content Management and FOIA dated August 3, 2011; 3) a draft document, Electronic FOIA Response Utilizing FDMS Framework Analysis dated May 6, 2010; 4) FOIA. gov Feasibility Analysis Report dated February 9, 2011; and 5) an email sent by John Moses to Melanie Pustay with attachments. The Agency has in its possession additional emails from the Department of Justice and a few other emails pertaining to the FOIA module that are not included in this response. There may also be other draft documents. If you would like the Agency to process these records, please let us know within five business days of the date of this letter. In addition, the Agency is not processing pages 13 and 14 of the document identified in Item 3, above, because these pages may contain proprietary information. If you would like the Agency to process these records, please notify the Agencys FOIA Office within five business days of the date of this letter.
