Mr. Hector Concepcion was born in Puerto Rico in 1970, in the city of Vega Baja, just a few minute from, San Juan. He was one of three children born to Jose Luis Concepcion and Andrea Gutirrez. His parents raised Hector and instilled within in him a strong work ethic and a general sense of pride. Hector family moved to Chicago in 1980, where he went on to attend University of Lake County to further his education and work toward a degree in Business Education. Hector Concepcion, in 2003 founded the first Statehood organization Union Estadista of Illinois. The core purpose is to address the educational needs of the Puerto Rican community in Chicago. His passionate message of equality for Puerto Rico and there citizens to become a fully recognized as a state and affording the people of Puerto Rico the same right of all Americans, has become so strong that it carries into others state like, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Florida, Texas. He work as a Investments adviser at Harris Bank, and in 2010 founded HJ Investments as Vice President to the Company in an open market at that European countries such as Poland, England, and Russia. Mr. Concepcion was the Executive Director for the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce and was most recently appointed the new voice of the Hispanics in Chicago. In 2011 Mr. Concepcion founded Samson Investment Group. Mr. Concepcion in partnership with his investment group are developing a new innovative Educational Program call Progressives Minds. This will be the first program of its kind that promotes the different levels of learning, by promoting educational familys values. Today Mr. Concepcion is getting ready to make the changes that are needed in the Chicago Political system. He is the new and exciting candidate for the 4th congressional district with the Republican Party and the will of the Chicago Hispanic voters at his side to win. He will put forth and boldly advocate in favor of Puerto Rico, becoming the 51st state, with all Constitutionals rights afforded to the people of Puerto Rico. Hector has become the new voice for the Hispanics people in Chicago, by empowering and defending their request for jobs and educational reform.
