Guys,

There were three issues that I found with the ROS 1.1.1 spot build.

1. I was not included in the notification for the build (this was not your fault). I will get this
corrected.
2. The PVMM in the properties file was not set for April it was still set to March. This always
should be set to the correct month.
3. There was not a packaging group created in harvest for the release. I was able to get the
name of the package from the build request and create the packaging group for it.

You did a good job with the build except for items 2 and 3 just remember next time to set the
correct PVMM and create the package group before you promote the packages. When you get
another build request go ahead with the build if you want to just send me a copy of the build
request. You really did well for doing a build with no help. Just remember to follow these steps:

1. Create the package group in Harvest.

2. Promote the packages in Harvest
3. Set the property name="harvest.project" value= “to the release name”
4. property name="harvest.package" value= “to the build number”
5. property name="PT_1" value= “to the correct pt box”
6. property name="PT_2" value= “to the correct pt box”
7. property name="PVMM" value="to the correct month" April is PVMM value 5.5;
8. Perform the build
9. Verify the build is on the pt boxes and the website,
