How to deal with oil prices:

do you know. the actual price of petrol is around rs. 31 per litre. shocked ... ?! but it's true. "so how the price of petrol is so high... ?". ok! it's time to open the suspense. the actual price of petrol which government paid is rs. 31 but the addition money is the tax .... yes the irritating tax. the tax which put affects the adverse impact on the life of common man. center government & state government both charged around 52% tax on petrol. from where this 52% tax paid. we pay approximately 52% tax on petrol which includes duties, taxes like customs, excise, sales tax, vat, dealer commission. so i think this is the fault of our gov. who will put such large tex on petrol. what is our duty to reduce the prices. 1. use cng vehicles instead of petrol if possible. 2. do not use vehicles for short distance. go by walk or by bicycle.

Multinational corporation are devils :

Friends I agree with you but according to me multinational companies are enter in India after liberalization and globalization in 1991. It was good for the development of the country we export so many things to all over the country like sugar, tea, jute rice, etc. Which help in generating money and economic development, After entry of MNC we get so many variety of product in reasonable price and in good quality they provide so many job opportunity for the people of India and by this people develop standard of living. I am going to conclude that entry of mnc is good for middle class and lower class family 37% people are below poverty line the are not able to purchase some brand due to high price but they purchase some other brand with same feature in low price example Nokia mobile which is costly but chaina mobile which is less costly then nokia. Hi All, You know that our country India is a developing country and have huge popoulation and unemployment and if we talk of MNCs, I think MNCs act as a window through which we can see the world because these are MNCs only my friends which can change the wood into our doors, the glass or mirror into our windows, which can change the soil into brick and bricks into our great great walls. Today because of too much competition MNCs are giving employment to our people not only in manufacturing but also in advertising. In this world my frinds, everyone is

hankerig after money because it has become the modern god and MNCs are making money because it is there right. They are making money not by looting us but by giving us different type of products it depends upon us that how much preference we are giving to there products, they are not forcing us at all. I think MNC'S plays an important role in our economy but don't you think their only wish to earn money. They are here to earn money and not for the CRM and environment upgradation. Well they are giving better options for employments but they also ruined the businesses of many. They act like a debonaire but they want money only. But I feel domestic companies should upgrade their self to face the competition. The companies which are operating in India mostly are consumer goods companies, govt should work on such sectors which improve are condition of exports. As are imports are high and exports are low.

Do beauty and brains go together?

Friends, as I perceive, beyond physical beauty there is an internal, untouched and almost eternally blessed self that magnifies a person's true beauty. Aishwarya Rai would be called beautiful at the very first sight, but there are other people existing as well who may not appear to be beautiful externally, but on being a part of their lives you would fall for their lovely personality and aura of their being. Hey friends, it feels good to participate in this discussion. Well! In my opinion, Being a brainy one adds up to your beauty. Obviously, from those who look amazing, people expect more and more. For an instance, How would you feel if you hear Angelina Jollie does not even know if it takes 60 minutes or 1 hour for some journey. I know it sounds really funny but this is a fact. For a beauty, brain is mandatory for sure. I would like to say about beauty & brain. Different people having difference in between brain n beauty. Brain & beauty both are need to get success. Brain is dependent on beauty &also beauty is dependent on brain. For every success doesn't get beauty or brain. It is right to partially for people. Yes, I agree with it. Beauty and brain goes together. Because today in corporate word market value is important, if wrapper is not good then of course you cant buy toffee or chocolate. In the same way if your personality is not attractive people will ignore you.

Should agriculture subsidies stopped :

Yes I think that agriclture subsidies should be stopped to a extent. Because agr'ture is an occupation which is more based on nature and not on our will. Instead we can use that capital to

to make agriculture's basic necessity more efficient and bring regularity to it. EG;-major land under cultivation must be developed by using this revenue and establishing poly house. This will increase the quality of the foodgrains. Education should be provided to farmers to be skilled in such poly houses. This will increse the employment as well as make the farmers educated. Surely this measure can increase the export. Thus it will bring prosperity to the economy. Agricultural subsidies are like boons for the farmers in India. It helps the poor farmers to buy different seeds and fertilisers thus helping to increase the crop yield. These subsidies indirectly also helps the common man as high crop yields checks the price of various items coming from these. And in India rain is so uneven affects the yield to a large extent. There are places where famines and droughts are damaging crops and there are places where floods due to rain are damaging crops. Not only that in many places poor farmers are exploited by the rich ones and cuts the profit margins of the poor farmers. These lead to farmer suicides a number of times. In such situations subsidies are like lifelines for many farmers from which they can earn their living. But many times these subsidies do not reach to the real needy ones. There are many who, even having high living standards, have BPL cards for which many times the subsidies do not reach to the ones who need it. It is mere responsibility of the govt to put a check on this and ensure that these subsidies are received by the ones who need it. Actually Indian is no 1 in agriculture, but nowadays its going low. Agriculture part is very low and MNC companies is in peak. Without having a good agriculture products, salary providing in a MNC company does not keep us healthy. So, according to my point of view agriculture should be treated equal to MNC employees. There sholud be a separate subject for agriculture. Nowadays most of the lands are getting destroyed by building IT comapnies overthere. If this continues after some years inidia sholud beg for food products to other countries. This can't be suddenly changed by us. Our government sholud be aware what is going on in agricultural areas and they sholud take care of it.

Rules are mean to be broken :

Hi every one. "rules are meant to be broken". First we should get to why rules have been made. And for whom these rules are. If being a responsible citizen, if you think a particular rule is not good for the welfare of the society or for the nation, don't hesitate to break it. But just thank once before breaking any rule, as they are set by some high authority who may be set these rule for a good purpose.

First of all we have to know rules are made by whom. If someone does not agree with a rule then he /she thought about breaking it. Every rule is modified or replaced by new rules. SATI DAHA is a rule for hindu's at point of time. But those rule are replaced. So rules are alwayes broken to make new set of rules. Rules are meant to be broken is right to some extent there are two types of rules. First are those which are accepted by the people other are those which are not accepted by the people these types of rules should be broken because everyone has a diginity of life and a right to freedom and speech. So rules demolishing our basic rights should be broken. Indian villages are strength to our country: As far as ,I think village play vital role in our country's development. * Villages are boon to us because we are getting all the meterial of food coming from villages only by hardworking of villagers. * economic balance is maintaing by villages because of environment of villages. *India's economy depends a lot upan agriculture sector. *India is well known for its traditional &cutural values which can be seen more in villages. *Once,India was called as golden bird due to villages.

In my opinion Indian village are our strength. Because villages only can doing agriculture not city because agriculture is back bone of economy. City's works only importing and exporting products and food? these food are where will get from villages that's why's Indian villages strength to economic development. Fist thing we need good environment city con't make good environment only villages can make good environment, fresh air we will get over their, there is no politeness air in city side every thing is artificial. The villages only can make culture dressing sense cities only adopting stylish thing we should need that also but it should be limit. My conclusions villages only can make economic development with help of city. According to my view, Villages are our strength because agriculture and culture are maintain in the village side not in city side. The city side people are loosing their culture and they destroy the agriculture and construct the building in agriculture land. They need only money, so that they destroy. In the village side the people know the food value, so they aim to grow the agriculture.

Not only that the city people loose their culture in all aspects because of working pressure. So they forget their culture and force to misbehave.

Should public sector be privatized?

In my opinion I would say that my converting the Public Sector into the Private will not solve the purpose. Our main motto should be to eradicate the existing loopholes encrypted within the system and establishing those laws that will provide some fruitful result. As in the past the most of the companies were privatized because the companies were all sick and became a burden for the Government. But it was never thought to why these industries are working as a sick units so I will conclude that government and through public voting a policy should be established to remove the negative elements to bring positivism within the system.

Hi friends as the topic is that should public sector be privatized. In my opinion it should not be privatized. As we all know that there are already so many private companies who are doing well and contributing to our economy. The only thing is that we should change the process and working culture of the sectors. Whether it is private or public. The other issue is corruption. According to me there is not only one player involved in it. If one will stop to give other will automatically not able to receive. Its not time to change the system, its time to change yourself. Public sector is the backbone of our economy basically ours because they are concerned with production of things of national interest like power, defense equipments, heavy industries, infrastructure etc. Privatising these may help in short run but will not be effective in long run. Basically public sectors have better job guarantee and salary so it also helps in reducing unemployment not like US where, due to capitalism, there is lot of unemployment when there some economic turmoil. Public sectors are run by the rules and regulations framed b the government with the sole intention of national welfare unlike private firms which see only profit of there firm. So in long run and in an circumstances job security remains intact in case of public sector. Also Public sector is like a private sector firm with more than 51% got. Share and rest for the public, so overall it can also work like a private sector. But again if we consider private sector there are also lot to be seen. In an private firm one is paid proper salary if he/ she does proper work so this increases work efficiency. Sometimes what happens in public sector is that employees tend to be casual in there duty n do not work properly which leads to delayed and inefficient work. Large private sector firms are also very much responsible for employment oppurtunities and economic growth and there is very less scope for corruption. It also leads to expose ones talent in a particular field and learn the work culture and also have privac in doing a work. Like in China man people want to flee from china and settle

elsewhere so that the can avail better opportunities. So complete public ownership is also not good as it has no work freedom. So it will be better if public and private sector work together b following the rules and regulations of the govt strictly.

What shall we do about ever increasing population:

The main problem of India is the increasing birth rate day by day. So first of all we have to control the population of India by a general awareness like "parivaar niyojan". After then illiteracy is the big problem of our nation. So we guys have to make our nation literate as much as possible. That's all. We all are aware that population is the big problems for under developed countries. The major problem for this increased population growth is lack of knowledge and illiteracy. If you are looking towards the village people they have average 3 to 4 childs. They thinks that if they have they have more child then it future they all will work and they will have good time in future they all are not aware about the problms. And also labours who are uneducatd they don't have knowledge about the"parivar niyojan" and all other schemes. So for that the only solution is that awareness and literacy. I think that population is the big problem in India. Not only in India all countries face this problem. Compare to other countries India is second place in population. It reaches first place in few years. Due to this over population in our country unemployment is occur and food materials is not enough to the all people. The main problem to increasing the population is no family planning. In our villages some families having three or four childs because of the lack of the knowledge and literacy. It is not only resposibility of the gevernment. It is responsiblity of ours to educate the uneducated people. To avoid this we are follows some rules. Ex:-one child for one family, literacy in the nation, maintain some rules like china etc. Summarizing all the important points 1) large populations have various negative impacts and causes standards of living to reduce to a huge extent. With such a huge population it is a tough job to provide education to all. We are bound to face disparities in all essential aspects for living such as food shelter and various other opportunities. Added to this the corruption existing at various levels of the government makes matters worse. 2) On a positive note, the population explosion caused after the war period in the late 70's is stabilizing which means that there might be no further drastic increase in population .With 70%

average literacy rate and a total of 1.21 billion people which accounts to .76 billion educated people... If we motivate these people we could well be on our way to achieving a dream nation...

Is India a soft nation:

In my opinion India is soft country. Because in before 60's not much more development, but see today life many more development. All kinds of activities are available. Many foreigners are came to India and they learn many things. In many research says, India people are soft character, they help him. And they achieve many things and also, they break some achievement. I agreed some irregular activities are doing some person. Some political corruptions are do it. We hope correct our mistakes. Thank you. India is soft nation by politician. Basically politician plays this soft nation game. To Corrupt the money, to make money, to spoil the environment. I like subash chander boss policy. If any fight happening no patriotism feeling. If some body die no body cares. Its waste discussion. See other country each house they have their country flag. Every country is corrupted. But not as low like India. All corruption are from low level. No business should be done by single person. A Public limited company only will help a common man. Since he will not be the owner. So taxes will be paid proper. Jobs will be created. Equal money split will happen. I like modi policy. That state will become grow fast and it will succeed. He is the man. In my opinion, India is definately a soft Nation because of the Government policies and the constitution. We Adopt the non-violence policy, The Soft nature of our country is evident from the many instances which took place in the last 60 years. In the last 2 decades Pakistan is encouraging the terrorism in Kashmir and many other parts of India, despite this we always initiate peace talks with pakistan, we started the Samjautha express and an ease in providing visa's to have access to each other countries. We invite them to play a cricket with us. I agree that Doing all this is fine but as long as they respect our soft nature and try to correct their mistakes rather than misusing our softness. More over our softness should not become hindrance in our growth, especially when we are capable enough to handle this with out the intervention of US or any other international agencies. We have been dealing with terrorism for last 2 decades, where many attacks like Hazrathbal Dargha, Attack on our Parliament, attack on Akshardham and mumbai Attack. Despite all this we have done nothing concrete to curb terrorisim which itself shows the softness of India. More over our Constitution have so many loopholes, for instance many do the crimes and get

away. Unlike Saudi Arabia where stringent action will be taken against the guilty like Cutting the hands in case of theft, and capital punishment for rape etc. We are very soft on the criminals too, by any chance even a crimnal gets punishment by a lower court he can appeal in high court and supreme court and even if supreme court stays the punishment he can ask for mercy to president of India, which clearly shows We as Nation are very soft.

Advertising is waste of resource:

I agree with that advertisement is not wastage of resources. But whenever a company makes an advertisement for a newly introduced product in the market. Then the company have to do advertise by the help of a famous actor and by some media like television, radio, internet, poster, banner etc. So company has to pay more and more money to the actor and to the different medias. Then the price of the product would have to increase in the market which will affect the customer. Which is a bad shine for the market situation. So I observe that advertisement is an wastage of resources. When we talk about Advertisement, according to me neither it is waste nor it is useful. Why I am telling this because Advertisement is the only way to establish their (product) name in market. But the information about product which they provide us is just 20 % true. Here companies should be more more clear about their product. In present scenario Advertisement is being more entertaining, at some extent it is good But with that they must show fact about their product. Definitely advertisements are necessary to promote the products because many people would not be knowing about all the products in the market. When they see it through advertisements it would be helpful to them and advertisements made through the actors are attracting many people to buy the product. There are many ads which got popularised by the advertisements for example "NIRMA" and "ZOO ZOO" Ads. The song of nirma ad is very popular and also the zoo zoo ad which attracted many people by their action and comedy.
