Working in Saudi Arabia As instrument Supervisor For Saudi Aramco CX Team(Commissioning Team For BMS project) In King Abdullah University of Science and Technology(KAUST) Through:Al-Hugayet Est. Witness the testing of all type of Instrumentaion activities during pre commissioning and commissioning time As the client representative I carryout routine inspection and for witnessing and signing (Proponent) the pre commissioning and commissioning folders after receiving RFI as per various Quality standard and Test records of Saudi Aramco. Responsible for making EIL for uncompleted works and closing after the completion as per Aramco standards. Configuration and calibration of different types of SMART transmitters such as Rosemount,Honeywell,Yokogawa(Hart275 and 375FF) Reviewing & understand Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) Responsible for all materials in the ware house. Study the drawings & check the materials as per drawing. Checking of all types of Electrical Installation of cables etc. Reviewing & understand power diagrams Loop checking for DCS & PLC Systems Knowledge of HART communicator Knowledge of verifying the cable routing of power and instrument cables Testing different types of Switch Gears/Breakers Able to do all types of Electrical wiring & maintenance work Coordinating with the construction department for mechanical completion. Monitoring and supervising the Fire and Safety system upgrade works. Monitoring and supervising the Plant Alarm System works.  Reviews the Loop Folders submitted by the subcontractor and ensure that it contains all the relevant documents. Coordinate with Vendor/contractor to solve Engineering/Construction/Quality issues.

Coordinate/follow up with the contractors to clear the A-punch items prior to commissioning of a system. Monitoring daily Instruments installation and testing activities and verifying that it complies with the project specification. Preparing daily documentation of the work progress Review Project drawings and apply contract codes, standards and specification. Responsible for carrying out Inspection of the material received in the Warehouse and to ensure that the material confirms to the project specification. Ensure that the supplied materials are in conformance with the purchase order, instrument list schedule and specification. Responsible for the inspection of installation of Instruments, Conduits and fittings (above and below ground), Cable trays/ladder racks and trunking, Cables, Junction Boxes, Control Panels, Consoles, wiring termination, impulse tubing as per the project specification. Check for any damage or discrepancies and report through an Over, short and Damage report (OS&D). Discuss and resolve the problems associated with measurement variables in the datasheets with the process people. Involved in local and remote loop checking. Ensure that the loop folder submitted by the sub-contractor contains all the relevant documents needed during the loop check. Responsible for troubleshooting the problems occurred in the instruments during commissioning. Coordinating with Vendors/Contractors to resolve quality and construction issues. Review of P & ID, Instrument Specification Sheet (ISS), Instrument Data Sheet (IDS), Instrument Installation Sheet (IIS), Wiring Diagram, Tubing Hook up. Coordinating with site Engineers and supervisors for arrangement of materials required in the site. Tracking and recording of RFIs and work progress on site. Responsible to verify the installation of the instruments by performing inspections as per the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and record the findings on the Quality Record (QR). Inspection the process tubing and check that the tubing is done as per the hook up diagram and confirms to the project specification. Carryout the surveillance inspections of wiring termination and checking that all the tags are as per the termination schedule. Carryout the pressure testing/service testing of the process Confirming that the Calibration of the instruments match with the specifications in the Instrument Data Sheet.
