15.1.1. Using the circuit according to Fig. 15.2 display at the oscilloscope dynamic hysteresis
loop of the ring specimen of the magnetically soft material in the regime of voltage
magnetization (sinusoidal waveform of B). The loop is specified by the maximum
value of the magnetic flux density (magnetic inductance) Bm. Observe the influence
of the time constant RC of the passive integration circuit on the shape of the
hysteresis loop and decide which of the tree resistors R1, R2, R3 offered in the
integration circuit is the suitable one for use in the measurement.
15.1.2. Find the maximum value of the magnetic field strength Hm from the measured
maximum value of the magnetizing current I1m and the given parameters of the
specimen. Using the hysteresis loop displayed on the oscilloscope screen (see
Fig. 15.5) find the values of remanence Bm and coercitivity Hc of the magnetic
material of the specimen.
15.1.3. Measure the dependence of the amplitude permeability µa on the magnetic field
strength for prescribed values of the magnetic flux density Bm and plot the graph of
this dependence in your notebook.
