LTD (August 2009 November 2010) Kigoma Region head office POSITION: Trainee in Network and access department, Transmission department and switching department Main Duties & Responsibilities Site monitoring under radio and transmission department Configuration of microwave radios. Clearing any fault occurring in the switching room under switching department Registration of new customers for both Data and voice and enabling their access Alignment of cables to interconnect customers in the PSTN Distribution Frame Clearing customers line faults as well as helping them to configure their computers to access TTCL Broadband data services.
