IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST BENEFICIENT, THE MOST MERCIFUL

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We think if any of us honestly reflects on who we are, how we got here, what we think we might do well, and so forth, we discover a debt to others that spans written history. The work of some unknown person makes our lives easier every day. We believe it's appropriate to acknowledge all of these unknown persons; but it is also necessary to acknowledge those people we know have directly shaped our lives and our work.

There are also certain points cover under these but we overall analyses these points in such a way that there sub headings are also covered inside them. 1. Scope: In this we look on the overall border picture of our product that either our product is demanded by the customer or is there any market potential for this product or it covers the demands of our customers and satisfy there needs or not, this is this we overall check the scope of product through different types of analysis it may be either market survey or through the customers demand survey. 2. Normative references:

3. Terms and definition: In this part the company must fulfill all the terms that are given in the quality manual for gaining a certification of ISO standard. 4. Quality management system: In this we deal with all the process of documentation regarding ISO certification. In this first we analyze our organization then develop a quality manual that describes all our organization in this all the parts of our organization are discussed in details and for this there must be a proper check on them and they should be renewed as the ISO changes its quality manual as the running processes of our organization changes we also changes the working in our quality manual because it is the document that describes the organization.

CONDITION OF ORGANIZATION BEFORE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ISO 9001:2008 AND AFTER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS STANDARD:
For analyzing this thing we consider assessment program that is mentioned above and discuss each and everything mentioned in it and consider its impact on the organization before the implementation of ISO standard and after the implementation ISO standard. The main things that are related to ISO and that also relates with its impact on the organization are these above mentioned things that describes and maintain a current and the previous position of the organization. General requirement (before ISO implementation): In this we basically analyze that is there a need of certification of an organization. Or the products that company produces meet the customers requirements or not. Before the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 there is no definition of customer in the organization they just work on the principle that what they produce is customer want. It is in first ten ISO certified companies from Pakistan. The future demands and their customers force them that they go for ISO certification for there better future. Because they relate with production side and in this there is a lot of risk of damage of certain product or any slight damage may leads towards the failure of the entire product for this they have to certify them selves to ensure there customers that they give them quality standard products. General requirement (after ISO implementation): After the implementation they specify each and everything within there organization they realize that customer is the key success towards their profits. And after this they focus on the principle that what customer demand; we made that thing. After that the company heavily implement ISO standers in there organization and now there customers can easily buy there products without any hesitation of occurrence of problem related to the quality standard.

Documentation requirements / general / quality manual /documentation control / quality record (before ISO implementation): Before the implementation of ISO standard there is no concept of the any documentation related the product line, quality manual or the quality record because before implementing the ISO standard the organization works randomly as there own way. There is no document that properly describes the overall position an overall organization. There is no proper records of there products sales etc. Documentation requirements / general / quality manual /documentation control / quality record (after ISO implementation): After the implementation of ISO standard there must be a proper check on documentation the organizations develop there quality manual that describes the overall organization and keep the record of that manual and there is also an continuous improvement in the quality manual and from organizations side there is no compromise on the quality of the product in coming future. The organizations have to manage these things because they are audited by the companies to retain that ISO certification if they dont work on these aspects they auditors cancel there certification.records are established to provide evidence of conformity to requirements and of the effective operation of the quality management shall be controlled through this. Thus the TESLA industries are audited twice a year, they maintain these standards in there organization in such a way that the maintenance of these things I s normal routine for there employees. Management commitment (before ISO implementation): Before the Implementation of ISO there is no top managemenrt comittment with this quality management system the objectives are decided at upper level and aftere final decision it is convayed to everybody. Management commitment (aftere ISO implementation): After the implementation of ISO top managfement take intrest in every part of there organization. Now they conduct meetings in there organization and every employee must be present in that meeting and free to give any suggestion. After the implementation of ISO standard in TESLA industries the final decision is taken place after listening to evgery employee in this way the employee fell motivated that organization give him importance. After all this the decision is taken place and it is convayed to every one after an organized meeeting sesssion.

Customer focus (before ISO implementation): Before the implementation of ISO standard there Is no definition of customer defined in TESLA industries. They just work on seeling there good, they didnt work to retain there customers in a scense that he/she didnt go to there compatatior. This creates a very bad image of organization towards there customers and in a result the customers are dissatisfied. Customer focus (after ISO implementation):
