March 31st:

 Uploading the records in to the MM01 transaction code.

 Process followed is as follows:
 Execute the program in background (F9).
 Click immediate execution in background.
 Go to SM37 and click on execute.
 Check the particular job and click on job logs.
 There, we can able to see number of records uploaded successfully, and errors
occurred, and number of records processed….
 For verification: go to SE11. Check the Mara table whether the data is uploaded
into the data base server or not.
 This is done in the DEV server by name: Zmara2. .

April I st.:

 Got the requirement for zlate from Sekhar to fetch the data from ekko join ekpo.
 Based on the data “for all entries in vbfa“ from ekko join ekpo with conditions:
vbfa- vbeln and vbfa-posnr
 But we founded, ekko and vbfa should not be linked….

Learned Points:

 Flow will be as follows:

 Purchase order, sales order, Delivery, shipment and Billing.
 For E.g., in vbfa table if u give sales order number in the succeeding document,
then u can find the purchase order number in the preceding document..
 If u give sales order number in the preceding document, then u can find the
delivery in the preceding document..

April 2nd:

 Reading documents about ALV

 Debugger
 F4_filename is the function module used to get the search help for a particular
file.
 Coming to the colors in ALV to populate: CXYZ
 X indicates colors
 Y indicates 1/0 inverse on/off
 Z indicates 1/0-intensified on/off.
 Got the new suggestion for the Zlate program.
 Checked the Function module “MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API”
April 3rd:

 The requirement is:

 Pass the matnr and werks into the function module. In the table MDEZ will
populate with ---- entries.
 Sort this table based on the extra field.
 If it is ascending order select the last row or descending select the first row.
 This has to be done when the vbfa table is initial.
 Pass the particular vbeln, posnr into ekes table and move the data to t_ekes1.
 This has to be called in the place of loop at vbup table.
 Bcoz, if the vbfa table sy-subrc = 4 then this t_ekes1 has to be called.
 Here there is some confusion about the conditions to be kept for mdezx table.
 Analysed the scenario.

 Going through MD04 transaction code.

 MD04 represents stock requirement list.
 Enter material and plant in the individual access. U can get the details of stock
requirement list up to that particular second about the stock, order and production
order.
