Meditation Mastery Activations ~~~~~~ Included is a basic protocol to be used with Meditation Mastery Activations.

I would suggest that you keep this for your reference as some of these guidelines and concepts will become clearer and more relevant only after you have practiced the activations/meditation several times. This is a basic beginners guide - In time you will naturally move beyond these pointers as your own practice and understanding unfolds. ~~~~~~ Pure Higher Self communication occurs through feeling which is then reflected through each of the other senses. The reason for this is because the Higher Self is unconditional love, it is compassion, inner peace and complete acceptance. These are the Higher Expressions of the multi-dimensional self - this is what the Higher Self is. When consciousness is connected to unconditional acceptance, there is no craving or aversion and so there is no inner struggle. It is true inner peace within the moment that is. It is this state that opens to unconditional love, because it is only through being unconditional in accepting "what is", that love for "what is" can exist. This is pure and direct wisdom.

It does not exist in the intellect, nor does it exist in its purest form in any of the other senses. The direct form is through feeling - clairsentience. This is the reason why "Meditation Mastery" activates first through simple feeling. It is critical that you observe your emotions, feelings and sensations objectively. What ever you should feel or sense, be objective. Whether you dislike or like a sensation, feeling or emotion, simply observe the physical manifestation and sensation of this energy. Observe it objectively. Through observing the sensation objectively you create a state of inner peace and inner acceptance. This opens the door to the dimensional self that is the Higher Self. Understand that the Higher Self is the highest multi-dimensional aspect of your self. Without objectivity the self crystallizes into the form that the mind believes itself to be. It is this crystallization that prevents access to the multi-dimensional self. This is the reason why Hieu says to "stretch" and "expand" the mind and consciousness.

It is also important to understand that craving for certain experiences will hold you back for the simple reason that craving is an aversion to what is. As long as there is aversion to what is and a craving for what is not, there can be no acceptance or inner peace. Without inner acceptance, the door is shut to the Higher Self. The solution is to observe the physical self, the sensations and emotions and if there is any craving or aversion to simply observe it objectively. Observe objectively and you create the state of acceptance that is required. Focus for ten minutes first on feeling the hand at the navel chakra. Then move your hand about 4 inches away from the chakra and feel for the subtle energy. Simply hold your mind at this position and observe what is. Understand that there is more to this reality of "what is" than what is currently being perceived, but do not struggle with this, simply observe. Observe objectively and allow the practice to unfold. Now using your mind's eye look at the chakra. Just look objectively. If you should see blackness, simply observe this blackness objectively. Allow it to be. Notice the subtleties of the blackness, the darker and lighter areas. Focus on the lighter areas.

Notice how their form, how they move and exist in this space. Observe objectively. Now move your mind's eye back to encompass and see your whole being and your physical body. It is unimportant if the vision of your mind's eye is unclear. Even if you only have a subtle sense of your being and self - this is sufficient. Just watch. Now turn your mind's eye to look outward. Look at what it is that is watching you. This is "observing the observer". Watch, notice and observe objectively. Remember that if your mind's eye is fuzzy or unclear, do not worry. It may be like looking through murky water - this is fine. Allow any murkiness any fuzziness to simply be. Relax and observe and see "through." Observe if you have a "sense" or feeling of a dimensional self, being or consciousness that is watching patiently. Notice if this consciousness reflects the attributes of acceptance and objectivity. Notice if it observes objectively.

Some practitioners describe it almost as a feeling of a loving, powerful being looking over them with compassion and understanding. Others simply feel a sense of inner peace and acceptance. It is also important to understand that other senses may feel more natural for you in the beginning. You may for example "feel" or "hear" a sense of observing yourself. Understand that each person can perceive this Higher consciousness in different ways, especially in the beginning. The important thing is to observe for the opening and to recognize it. Connect to the feeling and "ask" with your feeling and mind's eye whether you perceive something here. Be open, observant and objective to the unfolding of the meditation and activation. Allow this unfolding to occur as it will. Activating the guidance and direction of the Higher Self requires the consciousness to learn how to shift into the flow and alignment of the Higher Self. One way to do this is the visual method described above. Another method is to use the "Meditation Mastery" activations strictly for 7 days or so and then to incorporate the method of "inner direction". It is best to use the unguided meditations for this exercise. The way to explore this "inner direction" is to practice the form fairly strictly but to "test" every few minutes or so by "feeling" for areas of

tension, striving or trying in the consciousness and then allowing these to "release." It is similar to a "letting go" of the focus or concentration and allowing the direction that has been cultivated to move you. In essence just let go of trying, let go of directing the mind in any particular way and just watch what it does on its own. It is always important to observe this unfolding objectively. Cease active focus or concentration and simply watch to see where your mind and consciousness naturally "pulls" you to. Have a very gentle awareness of this and just watch objectively where your consciousness is "pulling" you. Allow it to direct you as if you were a boat floating on a stream. If you cannot feel this inner pulling, then simply come back to the practice, however at times try this again. Feel the difference between the "tension" of focus and the "opening" of letting go of focus and concentration. One is like rowing the boat and the other is like allowing the boat to follow the stream where it will go. If you do not feel this inner sense of "pulling", then simply return to the form once again. The form will continue to cultivate and develop your consciousness in any case. In time, your perception of this inner direction will open up and at the same time your connection to your Higher Self will become clearer and stronger.

By practicing "Meditation Mastery" in this way your physical consciousness and mind will learn how to tune into the guidance of your Higher Self. In the beginning it may simply be a subtle direction or visual sense of the Higher Self guiding you with gentle direction. As this progresses you will feel an increasingly stronger connection to your Higher Self and the way that it communicates. ~~~~~ Shifting towards the Higher Self occurs first and foremost through objective observation and intent. Why objective observation? For one, the moment that you observe objectively you are one shift closer toward the Higher Self. Why is this? The Higher Self IS "Higher" in that it has a broader, expanded and higher perspective and thus understanding. Understanding equals knowledge. The Higher Self KNOWS through its broader, expanded and higher perspective. How do you achieve broader, expanded and higher perspective? By creating space...and how to create space? Space is created the moment that you observe objectively. The moment that you observe objectively you are shifting your being into the here and now. You are observing "what is." And so you step outside the illusion - even if only by one step.

This one step is "higher" however than being caught in the maelstrom of the illusion. It has created space and that space allows you to be one step freer from the illusion. One step closer to truth. The Higher Self is truth, love, acceptance and compassion and what do you move towards when you observe objectively? The reality and consciousness that is truth, love, acceptance and compassion. The deeper you "push" through into deeper objectivity the more you "become" the moment. There is no past or future only the now, untarnished by past re-action or future distractions. This is truth and it is also unconditional acceptance because there is no struggle for anything there is only BE-ing in the here and now. This is the Higher Self as it exists on the feeling and kinesthetic plane. It is perceived through unconditional truth, love, acceptance and compassion. The key word here is "unconditional." The reactionary mind is completely conditional about what it will accept and not accept and so it feels a negative sensation and it tries to repress it or justify it in some way. It feels a positive sensation and it craves it and tries to hold on to it in some way. Both aversion and craving are attachments and what do they do? They prevent being in the here and now. The solution? Objective observation. To neutralize this cycle and chain reaction of attachment objective observation needs to be increased and expanded. The truth is that most

practitioners do not realize initially how much they need to cultivate this one principle. Just to reiterate: When you observe objectively you create space. There is the object of observation and there is the observer. The more "pure" your objective observation the more space. Space is expansion, breadth, width and height - and hence it is "higher" in all directions. Now a plateau occurs because the mind moves to a certain level of objective observation but then resists "what is." Resistance occurs because the mind becomes attached to a belief, concept or idea (hint: the imagination and "pretending" is what breaks through old ideas, beliefs and concepts). Resistance opposes space. So it opposes expansion. Now so far these concepts I'm discussing are intellectual. What matters is how you practice when you are in the "field". When you face your present situation, your emotions, feelings, thoughts and your daily life, how are you acting or re-acting? Are you in the past as in a re-action? Or in the present? How much of "you" are you able to encompass in objective observation? Who are you? What are you? What is this "you" doing right now when you observe yourself? How much is going on automatically when you watch yourself mindfully?

How much can you watch mindfully? Notice how consciousness, thoughts and emotions can seem to "speed up" incredibly when you watch yourself mindfully. Like a waterfall of consciousness that just engulfs you. Is there anything that you are resisting? Any concept, idea or belief within yourself? Can you accept it unconditionally? If and when you can then you are creating space. Are you at peace and completely accepting with all that is? Of everything that you are? If not, pinpoint that resistance and accept it. "Your goal is to expand the consciousness. Your duty in practice is to find all the factors that prevent expansion." Objective observation is your tool both for neutralizing resistances and for noticing where resistances are in your body, mind or consciousness. Focus and energy, both which are gained from penetrating the mind into the navel chakra and concentrating on the subtle once again expands the perception of the mind while the energy allows you to generate sharper focus. KNOWING is what the Higher Self is all about and knowing is cultivated through perception and expansion of consciousness - space. The more consciousness that you perceive the more that you know and understand. The more consciousness that you expand the more that you know and understand. This is true knowledge and true understanding.

It is expansion, height, breadth, width and depth of consciousness - in one word it is: space. Now Spiritual practitioners talk about love and light. What is this? Light is awareness - dark is lack of awareness. How is awareness created? Objective observation. As soon as there is space within any object the mind is there and so awareness is there. So objective observation brings light. The more pure the objective observation the more pure the light and hence "divine" light is absolute objective observation. Unconditional love. What is unconditional love? First and foremost, it is the energy that fully accepts any and all things exactly as they are unconditionally. No rules, no exceptions. If there is resistance then it is conditional and the condition is being placed by you on you. The love, the peace and the light is being restricted by you and your attachments or "conditions." To open up to the unconditional love, peace and light, your concept of unconditional acceptance needs to expand to encompass more. How to do this? Follow the model once more: What is my goal? To expand the consciousness(objective observation).

Where do I notice any factors that prevent expansion? Where are areas that I am resisting? Pinpoint these and accept them unconditionally. (Remember, unconditional acceptance in practical terms is objective observation or observation of the self, the emotions, sensations and feelings without reaction). What is required for Spiritual Realization? Focus, direction or intent, energy and objective observation. One way that many people trick themselves with is that they try to change everything about the "here and now" because they believe that this is what is needed to bring the Higher Self in. This is actually counterproductive. Don't try to change the "here and now," whatever that may be - place the Higher Self into the "here and now." Leave the "here and now" as it is, bring the Higher Self in. Let the Higher Self be here with everything that you presently are. That's the thing about this. If there's resistance, how do you create nonresistance? You expand bigger than the resistance and how do you do that? Objective observation. Let "what is" be as it is. The principles are simple and logical at the intellectual level. The reason why it tricks us is because we have an illusory concept of what objective observation should be like.

The problem is that as soon as we have a rigid concept of objective observation it ceases to be unconditional and so acceptance, peace, love and light become conditional and right there and then we are blocking it. The more we focus on resistances or "issues" with the intent or desire to change them the more we block space, unconditional light and love. The more that we are objectively aware, the more space and acceptance we create and so more light, love and peace. Always remember that on the kinesthetic level, the Higher Self is the living embodiment of truth, love, peace and compassion. None of these can be cultivated through resistance, they can only be cultivated by accepting "what is." Any degree of accepting "what is" is a step towards the Higher Self. Any degree of resistance is a step away. Remember also that the imagination or pretending is what breaks through concept, belief and preconceived ideas. Pretending is used for every single thing that you do in meditation, feeling and thought. Many people are made to believe that imagination or pretending is largely useless and many also believe that they are not good at pretending, imagination or "visualization." The fact of the matter is that everyone does this at every moment. Each reaction and belief system is a component of the imagination. A situation or experience or interaction occurs and a person associates this with certain emotions, thoughts and belief patterns. This is all imagination and people are doing it all the time. For instance:

When you direct your mind to becoming objective how do you know that it is objective? How you do you guide your mind toward a concept of objectivity? First you notice what you are doing now and then you guide your mind to what you IMAGINE would be more objective. How do you guide your mind toward a concept of focus? First you notice how you are focusing now and then you guide your mind to what you IMAGINE would be more focused. Now these two concepts of objective and focused are generally more accepted in society. Interestingly when the mind is guided to imagine concepts such as the Higher Self or the Soul the mind begins to rebel and say "ah this imagination stuff isn't real and so it won't work." None of this is real until we expand to absolute reality. These are all simply tools for shifting through to absolute reality or truth. Ironically, most minds will accept without question the facets of the imagination that have created many limitations within their lives: For example: Too fat, too skinny, not enough money, too stressed, no one understands me, I hate this, that's unfair etc. What are these but beliefs instilled by the imagination. Beliefs instilled initially by pretending that they are real so much that they create the reality. Mention imagining or pretending oneself as being supremely focused, masterful, at peace and loved by the universe and in most cases the mind reels and rebels.

And the reason that the mind reacts in this way? Imagination once again. The imagination of limits has created a reality where limits can impose control. The solution? Both objective observation (which is imagination) and direction/intent of focusing the mind in an empowering way - and what is more empowering than using that very imagination to create a reality of focus, mastery, love, peace and compassion? The imagination is like an elephant. When uncontrolled it will wreak havoc and can literally destroy the mind. When controlled it can is a powerful ally and friend. The imagination is a tool to reveal truth, it is not truth itself. It does not create ultimate truth because ultimate truth already exists, the imagination is simply a tool that allows you to reveal it. Each step that you are objective you are revealing some truth. Go further. Imagine yourself going further. How far can you imagine before your mind tries to trick you in some way into stopping? Notice this resistance and accept it - and the go further. All conscious evolution requires imagination. First is the imagination required to reflect and observe what it is that we are, either as an individual or as a global or planetary consciousness. Then it is the imagination that initiates an idea, thought or action to manifest a transformation towards greater potential.

"The issue is not that one cannot imagine or visualize. The issue is that one imagines so well that they have imagined that they cannot imagine and visualize." Remember that the kinesthetic connection with the Higher Self is just the first step to communicating with the Higher Self but it is the most important step because without it all the other modes of communication cannot take place. Become used to maintaining this connection through feeling. Manifest confidence in your practice, know, believe and imagine that you are connecting and that a kinesthetic communication is occurring. It is from this solid base that your Higher Self communication can then expand into each of the other planes of the sensory perception. Remember to feel completely free to contact me or other coaching/support staff if you should require any assistance at all. Enjoy your practice.
