Applicants will be selected at the sole discretion of FremantleMedia
Limited (the “Company”) whose decision will be final.
Your application will only be considered if this form is properly signed
and dated. If you are under 18 years old this application form must
be also signed by your parent or legal guardian. If you are entering
as a group, each member of the group (or a parent/guardian where
appropriate) must sign an application form.
It is vital you return this application form to us as soon as possible. Any
forms received after the 9th March 2007 will not be considered.
This is an application for the competition included as part of the television
entertainment game show provisionally entitled “The X Factor - Series 4”
(the "Programme") which the Company proposes but does not undertake
to produce for ITV (the "Application"). The information given by you in this
form may be used in the Programme should you be selected.
You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules regulations terms and
conditions for this competition (the "Rules") and that the Rules may
be changed (including without limitation verbally) at any time by the
Company and that you will be bound by such Rules. The Company’s
decisions shall be final.

You will provide the Company with supporting documentation in order to
substantiate this (i.e. birth certificate and/or valid passport).

The Company reserves the right to disqualify you (and/or where
appropriate your group) if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or
misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by
the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.
You will not, without the Company’s prior written consent, publicise or
discuss with any 3rd party any information relating to the Application,
the Programme, your appearance, the production team or any
participants in the Programme nor any other information which may
come to your attention (including without limitation in relation to the
broadcaster, Simco Limited (the co-producer), the Company or otherwise)
save where such information is already public knowledge.
You must disclose to the Company details of any/all criminal/civil actions
pending against you currently and/or served against you and/or any
unspent convictions.
