Milton Exhibits Group Wins Special Award for SME in 2011 HKMA Quality Award

(Hong Kong, 30 September, 2011) Milton Exhibits Group (Milton Exhibits) is proud to announce today
that it has won the 2011 HKMA (Hong Kong Management Association) Quality Award Special Award
for SME upon our first participation this year.

Mr. Peter Jung, Executive Director of Milton Exhibits proudly received the award plaque from the
Chairman of The Hong Kong Management Association Dr. The Hon David K P Li, at the Award Ceremony
was held at the InterContinental Hong Kong on 28 September. He said, the winning of the HKMA
Quality Award demonstrates our continuous effort and commitment to quality and processes established
within the Group could meet with the high quality level of the world-famous Malcolm Baldridge National
Quality Award.

He further stated that, Quality is a never-ending journey. We however, believe that only by
continuously implementing resources and efforts in quality management, a company could be prepared
for the global competition and challenges.
The HKMA Quality Award is organised by the Hong Kong Management Association. The Award aims to
reward and bring public recognition to organizations that have achieved outstanding standards of
quality and made a lasting commitment to the process of quality management. The Award is judged
according to the seven criteria as recommended by the world-famous Malcolm Baldridge National
Quality Award which consist of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, measurement, analysis
and knowledge management, workforce focus, process management and results.
