This week's teaching is on Rejection . Date: Sunday, September 10, 2006. Location: Comfort Inn, Bedford, Texas Time: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Subject: Principality of Rejection REJECTION? To cast off; to throw away; to refuse; to put aside; to disapprove; to not accept Spirit of Rejections Goal is designed to steal Gods Word away from us; to make us believe lies of the enemy that We are not worthy, we are not good enough, NO one cares about us, at least of all God. It will cause you to pull at others and say, Look at me, look at what I have done, see how I look- no one would wants me, no one cares? So you are believing and projecting and declaring JUST the OPPOSITE of everything God tells us in HIS word. Rejection is a form of communication that communicates something to someone else that is not good. Rejection communicates disrespect for another human being. Powerful form of communication that tells another person they are unacceptable, have no value, doesnt belong or cant fit in, they are Unwanted, unloved. A person with rejection communicates the message through a disgusted look, with disdain, with an impatient answer, a snub, or neglect, through the ole silent treatment, or just plain abandoning them. It also communicates with harsh words that are

Proverbs 18:14 The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear? Rejection is a spirit that will control how we walk with others relationally. How others will respond to us. Do you always feel rejected in most of your relationships? Do you tend to reject others first so that you will not feel rejection?

A DISEASES OF THE WEEK COMING OUT OF REJECTION

Dysmenorrhea - Spirits of: intense fear, anxiety, and stress; fear of rejection and abandonment; lack of trust in God, self, and others. Poland's Anomaly/Poland's Syndrome: Spirits of: generational abandonment and rejection; generational spirits that might have gained access as a result of lack of nurturing; generational self-bitterness, self-hatred, selfrejection, and guilt. Genetic Wasting Disease/Cachexia/Anorexia Syndrome: Spirits of: fear of rejection and abandonment; fear of man; fear of failure; lack of selfesteem; oppression and heaviness; self-bitterness, selfhatred, self-rejection, and guilt; drivenness and performance; spirits of death and destruction. Fibromyalgia: Spirits of: fear, anxiety, and stress; drivenness; insecurity; fear coming out of rejection and lack of nurturing causing flaring of the dendrites; unresolved conflict; lack of protection and covering from a male figure, father or husband. Page 5 of 6 not come." When you deal with generational sins or your sins, then the enemy cannot inflict disease you in six areas (mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, relational or financial). Traits of cancer patients:

This person usually denies certain strong needs and represses a lot of feelings - shut down. They are stuffers instead of dealing with their pain which is a false pathway to peace. Instead this person never deals with unforgiveness and resentment. To them, having emotions is a no no and brings shame. Some have grown up in a home not being allowed to express emotion without being shamed. The message communicated is weakness. This person might have a hard time maintaining meaningful, long-term relationships without fear of being rejected by others. They usually have extreme fear of abandonment, insecurities and lack of self-esteem. Another trait is false burden bearing by taking care of others to avoid issues. You will see them wearing themselves out helping others even in the ministry and not taking care of themselves since there is spirits of self-bitterness and self-hatred. Some have feelings of hopelessness and despairs in their lives and have a tendency towards self-pity. There is usually unresolved grief from the loss of a love object, getting fired from a job or being rejected in a vocational that was important in their lives because it gave them a sense of identity. Now, this object or job or vocation is gone creating a loss of dreams and hopelessness.

How do you deal with negative emotions? Realize negative emotions do not come from God. Stuffing your emotions does not make those issues go away. When hurt, choose not to stuff but forgive the people who hurt you, forgive God and/or forgive yourself.

Recognize - someone has hurt you or you are hurt instead of stuffing your feelings.

Page 6 of 6 Take Responsibility - do not deny it but realize you are dealing with bitterness. Repent - forgive those who hurt you and repent for having unforgiveness towards them. Also forgive yourself. Renounce - renounce that spirit of bitterness. Remove it - by casting a spirit of bitterness out of you. Resist - do not replay the event or go accusing. In fact, refuse to replay events because the enemy is trying to get a foothold in your mind to set up bitterness in you again. Take charge of your thoughts. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says to cast down vain imaginations.... Rejoice - know you are forgiven and celebrate your freedom Restore - go and help others.
