Application for withdrawal/disposal of Appeal on

the basis of compromise with respondent No. 3.

Respectfully Sheweth: -
1. That the above-titled appeal is pending adjudication before the
Hon’ble Lahore Bench and yet not fixed for hearing.

2. That during the pendency of appeal, the applicant/appellant

has amicably reached a compromise with respondent No. 3 on
the following terms & conditions; and now is no more an
aggrieved person: -
 i) That the applicant/appellant has received full and final
settlement of all his claims from respondent No. 3.

ii) That applicant/appellant shall not agitate his

reinstatement or any other monetary benefits, including
pension in any court of law.

iii) That applicant/appellant shall not file any suit or claim

against respondent No. 3 in any court of law of
Pakistan.

iv) That applicant/appellant shall not issue any

statement/publication against respondent No. 3.

In view of above, it is respectfully prayed

that this Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be
pleased to dispose of the appeal in the light of the
compromise made between the parties or may
very kindly be permitted to withdraw the appeal.
