April 2, 2011 I am writing this letter to bring to light some of the most egregious and absolute corrupt civil

and human rights violations that have occurred to me and that are continuing during this investigation. law enforcement placed informants in two (2), if not three (3), of the apartments in the fourplex where I resided (3627 Coolidge Avenue; May 2000-September 2009) Law enforcement allowed these informants to be connected to my cable, internet and television lines and were monitoring both my in-home telephone usage, computer activity and television viewing
Please note that I received a telephone call from Comcast Cable alerting me that someone was attempting to disconnect my services and move them from my apartment to another location. I made a call to my landlord to inquire if he had knowledge of someone attempting to alter my services and his answer was no. He did tell me that someone was moving in next door to me by the name of Rose. After Rose moved in to the apartment next door, all of her services (telephone, cable, internet, etc.) miraculously appeared in her name, but under my address.

Law enforcement monitored my daily cell phone activity Law enforcement tampered with the activity of my eBay businesses. Thus resulting in the demise of my online stores
These were legal businesses with registered names and business bank accounts.

Listening devices and cameras were placed throughout my apartment. This meant that unbeknownst to me, these individuals were observing me in various stages of undress on a daily basis (I lived alone at this time)
I finally realized how Rose and the other tenants knew when I was leaving my apartment and when to enter it.

Law enforcement exposed these informants to my business, professional and personal information and interactions (social security and drivers license numbers; banking account numbers; online banking transactions; medical appointments and information, etc.) Law enforcement contacted a number of my prospective and past employers (including temporary agencies) and convinced them that I am under criminal investigation for fraud and child molestation thus rendering me unemployable Law enforcement entered my residence continuously without my permission and under fraudulent pretense

Law enforcement seized numerous personal documents and property without my consent or knowledge Law enforcement continues to stalk me on a daily basis Law enforcement continues to defame my character on a daily basis and put me in harms way by contending that I am a pedophile, thief, lesbian, alcoholic, drug addict (all of these allegations are emphatically not true) Law enforcement has hired individuals (retired law enforcement officials, probation officers, private investigative firms, ex-cons, the mentally ill, and it seems anyone else who will agree to participate in this nonsense) and put them in every shelter or transitional home that I have stayed in since I became homeless thus perpetually keeping me in hostile environments and putting my safety and life at risk (there are currently 120+ women at the shelter where I am currently staying). I am followed by law enforcement and some of these individuals on a daily basis. As I mentioned in my previous emails, there is a bounty on my life in addition to one for the bag that I carry that contains my personal identification and various legal documents pertaining to this investigation. Because my computer activity is being monitored, the people responsible for this investigation are aware that I am attempting to get someone to help me and are becoming desperate.

Law enforcement continues to invade my privacy by monitoring my computer activity (I am typing this from the Phoenix Public Library on Central Avenue). In addition, individuals who are representing themselves as employees of the library are simultaneously entering into my email accounts when I sign-in and viewing and deleting my personal emails. They are also blocking me from sending emails to certain addresses (have proof). Law enforcement continues to prohibit me from becoming gainfully employed consequently keeping me destitute and homeless

I know that I have probably neglected to mention several other violations. Nonetheless, I am hopeful that someone will come to my rescue soon. Thanks again for your time and attention. Sincerely, Angela Martin
