When we are young, most of us are somewhat naive. We are inherently taught that good will always triumph over evil. A courthouse is the forum where evil should be dealt with. But, in reality, this is seldom the case. What do I see at the courthouse.
The county courthouse looks like a typical courthouse. The courthouse itself looks like a place where justice is served. It is a Romanesque building, three stories high, with large pillars in the front. Ivy grows up one side of the building. The green grass in the courtyard is immaculately kept. The United States flag flies high above the building. Etched in stone on the front wall of the courthouse are the words" truth, justice, and liberty." This is a place where one should feel truly safe.
As I walk inside the cold and quiet building, a young woman is talking with the circuit court clerk. She is very innocent looking, with blond hair and a petite figure. She seems to be getting more upset by the second. The young lady finally erupts, yelling and almost crying. Her ex-husband has not paid her child support in a month, and she cannot buy diapers for her baby. The clerk tells her that nobody can do anything about it until he is six months behind in his support. After five more minutes of intense arguing, the young lady, now engulfed in tears, leaves. The clerk shrugs and turns around.
The building seems colder upstairs. There almost seems to be dampness in the air. Down a corridor there are empty offices and paintings of important looking people. I recognize two of them as Washington and Jefferson. In between them is a copy of the constitution. As I read it I chuckle, and wonder if this government is really what they had in mind.
Farther down the hall I hear voices. The general court is in session. Inside the courtroom, a scruffy-looking man is in front of the judge. He has been charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest. He does not seem nervous; he has probably done this before. I assume he will be put in jail for a little while, at the least. The judge tells the man that he does not want to see him in court again. The man assures the judge that he will not be back. With the bang of a gavel, the judge gives him a five dollar fine, plus court costs. The man stumbles out of the courtroom already looking half drunk again.
As I walk out of the courtroom, the courthouse seems colder than ever. This is not a place where truth, justice, and liberty prevail. It is a place of tragedy. A place where innocent people suffer because of the system, and where guilty people walk free because of it.

It is widely known that a completely healthy human being is a person that is healthy in every single aspect of the term health. Health is maintained not only be physical exercising, and having a nice fit and string body cannot be a guarantee of a real health. This is because health has various dimensions. These dimensions include very single part of the life of a human a man, a woman or a child. The violation of the functioning of any of this dimension may have a deep impact on the weight management of a person. Before starting analyzing the exact ways these dimension influence the weight management it is necessary to mention all of them. The seven dimensions of health are the next: physical dimension, spiritual dimension, emotional (psychological) dimension, social, mental (intellectual), occupational and environmental dimensions. Psychical dimension is the first one to mention concerning the weight management as the primary aim of the weight management is the prevention of gaining weight and maintaining the body at its lower weight. It is obvious that the abuse of alcohol, drugs, smoking make a negative influence on the physical development of a person. Physical fitness in its turn may help to keep the body in a rather good condition. Spiritual dimension is responsible for the principles and believes that guide the person throughout the life. If the person cannot be the way he is it can cause a large number of problems. Therefore case of any interruptions, a misbalance in this dimension may result in the persons escape in passiveness. This in its turn will have an outcome in the weight management.
Emotional (psychological) dimension is closely related to the previous one. It deals primarily with the self-esteem of the individual, with the possibility of any emotional expressions he considers to be appropriate. This goes alongside with the ability to overcome stress. If the person has a low self-esteem, cannot accept himself and share his feeling it may influence on the weight management through gaining weight of losing too much weight. This completely depends on the peculiarities of the organism and on the duration and power of stress. As for the social dimension of health it is important to say that it is connected with the relations between the person and the outer world. It especially deals with the family relations and relation with friends. The lack of support from the side of these groups hits the health of a person by making the person feel needed and loved. Therefore any activity stops within the sphere of life of this individual once again resulting in the corruption of weight management. The mental dimension deals with the constant refill of intellectual knowledge, a constant seek of new information. If the intellectual developments stops is starts stopping the functioning of other spheres too, influencing the weight management not at once, but throughout them. Occupational and environmental dimensions are related to skills and talents of a person and the environmental possibility of their realizations, along with the general condition of earth surface. All the mentioned dimensions altogether form the image of a ideal and balanced man. To be completely healthy and maintaining the proper weight it is required to keep them in perfect balance.

I think by far the biggest advantage of the Internet is it helps me to find information on almost any topic I want to know about. It has helped me cut down my research time tremendously. Now, all I have to do is access my favourite web sites and type in the relevant topics and I get more information that I can deal with!
Another advantage is the internet enables me to run programmes I do not own. Many programmes are too expensive to own. I not only can run these programmes but I can also copy them for later use.
Friends, through the chat rooms, I can now talk to anyone around the world. I have now found friends around the world. I not only chat with them but I also write to them through electronic mail. I find e- mail to be an extremely useful tool. Now I can write nearly every day to people I want to. It saves me a lot of time going to the post office and buying papers, envelopes and stamps. The convenience is wonderful.
Another aspect that I have thoroughly enjoyed from the Internet is the ability to join groups that cater to my special interest. For example, I am interested in learning about the origins of famous nursery rhymes. It was not enough for me to get information. I joined an Internet Club for people with this unusual interest. Now I can subscribe to a special newsletter and I am kept up to date on the latest findings.
I can see from your faces that I do not need to convince you about the wonders of the internet. However, I think it is fair to give words of warning to those who lack experience. Please be careful of illegal information posted in the internet. You can be arrested for spreading harmful rumours. Furthermore, do not entertain abusive users. Lastly, do not become addicted to the Internet. There is a real world out here and real people to have relationships with. Have a real life! Thank you.
In addition, if there was an emergency students may need to reach their parents. If a gunman came into a school then students could call 911 and give them information on his whereabouts, what he looks like, and a description of his clothes. For these reasons, cell phones can become lifesavers in an emergency. If a student happened to pass out in a classroom, it would be faster to call on a cell phone versus taking 5 minutes to run down to the office and make the call. Ultimately, this could save a student's life.
In essence, cell phones are imperative in our lives. In an emergency cell phones could save a person's life by being able to get in contact with the police. Cells can also help parents know where their children are after school. Today, cell phones are more like a small hand-held computer. That could become very useful in schools that don't have a lot of extra computers for the children to use.
Exposition
On 12 March, I was driving from Johor Bahru to Butterworth. It was about seven oclock in the morning when I came to the crossroads near Taman Tasik. Just then, the lights changed to green and I moved forward.
I was halfway across the junction to go straight ahead when I saw abus coming from my right. The driver did not stop at the traffic lights but continued driving towards me. The bus was Rising Action swerving dangerously from side to side. I realized that the bus was out of control. Before I could drive out of its path, it crashed into the side of my lorry.
Climax
There was utter chaos. I could hear people crying and screaming. Except for some cuts on my face and hands, I was not seriously injured. But I was too shocked to move. Within minutes, a small group of people had gathered at the scene of the accident. A young boy asked me if I was all right and helped me to get down from the lorry. He told me that the bus drivers leg might be sprained or broken. Some of the passengers were injured, but their injuries did not look serious. Thank God! I saw all these young people helping the injured passengers out of the bus through the back exit. Motorists who were passing stopped to take the injured passengers to the nearby hospital at Taman Tasik. Some of the students gave first aid to those who had superficial injuries. The other helped to direct the traffic to prevent a traffic jam.
Falling Action
The ambulance and the police arrived. Photographs were taken. I was questioned by a police officer and then told to go to the police station to make a report. I drove my lorry to the police station to facilitate the investigation into the accident. I spent the whole day at the police station and then went to the hospital to see the injured victims.
Resolution
After speaking to the bus driver, I came to know that his brakes had failed and he could not control the vehicle. I told him that we should thank God that no lives were lost. I also told him that we should be grateful to the group of students who had acted promptly and responsibly.
