Brief Description:
Functioning as RF (NPI) Cluster Lead for Pune(M.H) region and looking after planning and optimization of Pune BSCs. Responsible for network planning & optimization of GSM cellular network of TATA Docomo Pune (M.H). Monitor and Analyze GSM Radio Network Statistics(KPI Reports) for poor performing cells and necessary changes done to improve cells performance on daily basis. Achieve and maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the threshold KPIs (Accessibility, Retainaibility, Mobility and Service Integrity). : Release the capacity addition, removal & expansion plan on
behalf of utilization and blocking.

Providing new Search-Rings to improve poor coverage and poor quality areas on the basis of customer complaints, Sales feedback, competitor presence and Drive test analysis. Responsible for the drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance of Network.
Conducting RF Drive Test using drive test tool (TEMS& Genex probe etc.) and analyzing drive test results for improvement of the Network. Managing routine and monthly DT of entire cluster plus providing input to the customer to improve overall NW quality with help of DT results. Involved in TRAI & TEC organizations for the network level drive test for service quality and coverage area includes voice and data GSM. Responsible for special drive test, like sites migration (shifting of BSCs/MSCs), uploading new software. Responsible for performing Benchmarking drive test with other operators involving voice and data. Train drive test to check railway coverage. Managing drive test teams for their optimum utilization. Handling customer complaints regarding coverage & quality problems and providing suitable solutions. Planning of cell on wheel (COW) as an immediate and a temporary solution of a BTS.
