Povestea: In the 26th century, humanity had reached a new age of prosperity.

The people of Earth stood united under a single banner, the Terran Alliance. New hopes and desires sparked the minds of the most brilliant scientists to expand humanity's reach into the galaxy so that in the year 2546 two ships, the Avalon and the Urizen were launched into the deeps of space. Each of the two ships was the first of its kind, capable of interstellar travel and equipped with the most destructive railguns ever created, and each of the two ships had a very different destination. Avalon was to explore the planet Ashura located in the Andromeda galaxy while Urizen had as destination the planet Selune from the Triangulum Galaxy. Soon after the ships launched, a beam originating from a pulsar from the Cetus constellation hit the Earth in full and wiped out all the life from the surface of the planet. With no knowledge of what had occurred or any means of communication since the communication relays around the earth were also disabled by the beam, the two ships continued their journey towards their destinations. Avalon was the first of the two to reach it's goal. Ashura was indeed capable of sustaining human life though the gravitation was a lot stronger than that of Earth and the climatic conditions of the planed were somewhat harsh. Still the people that boarded the Avalon on its journey towards the stars managed to adapt to the conditions and start a new society. Also, because of the strong gravity, new elements were discovered. Some presented a hardness unequaled before, not even in diamonds. Not long after, the population of Ashura turned its eyes back towards the stars and the infinite possibilities and resources. The chronicles of the Avalonians were just begining. Meanwhile, the Urizen had also reached its destination, Selune. The planet had a far weaker gravity than that of Earth, but it was filled with luscious vegetation and very temperate climate. The people of the Urizen flourished. Due to the planets weak gravity, their bodies modified drastically as they grew to be very tall and more intelligent. As a consequence, their technology soon outdated that of their distant ancestors. Still, they retained their ancestral spirit to explore the stars and make new conquests. Thus, the Urizens ventured into space once more. Such is was the destiny of the two factions of the, once, same race. And things could have remained peaceful if they had remained the same... Due to the cultural differences as well as the isolation from each other for more than five hundred years, the two races were untrusting of each other. Out of fear, war soon broke out. The once same and now different races sought to annihilate each other. While their war ignited the most remote sectors of the universe, they mistakenly awakened the Shades, an ancient race that went into slumber for the good of the universe... In anul 2546 Pamantul e distrus de o unda electromagnetica emisa de un pulsar din constelatia Cetus. Doua colonii ramase izolate in diferite zone ale galaxiei. Ajung in conflict. They end up in the wrong place at the wrong time fighting and a giant planet appears beacuse they destroyed an alien base on one of the near satellite. That's where the war starts. Functionalitati:
