Attention Band Students and Families

Throughout the first month of school students have worked to create Social Contracts in each of their core classrooms. These contracts contain information on how the students want to be treated by each other as well as from their different teachers. Each contract contains the word RESPECT. This month, students will dive into the meaning of respect and how it relates to us in our daily lives.

**Special Note** On Thursday Mrs. Lee was out of the classroom attending professional development in Detroit. While she was away, students were in charge of completing several sheets in and out of class. While there was a great deal of work, it was not intended to take over a half hour. Due to the guest teacher in the room, this message was not conveyed. If a student was not able to complete their work it will not count against them.
