Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Initiates the study, evaluation and revision, if necessary of curricular offerings,
the grading system and the development of instructional materials, in the light
of the school objectives, national goal, and manpower requirements of the
community and government requirements.
2. In-charged with the appraisal of the performance of the faculty and staff and
how their traits contribute to better performance.
3. Handles discipline and grievance through enforcement of policy on discipline.
4. Implements academic policies and procedures developed by the academic
council to promote academic excellence.
5. Interviews student applicants during the semester/summer enrollment
according to assigned schedule.
6. Handles linkages between the college and other institutions.
7. Performs other functions delegated by the Head of Business Administration and
the Chairman of the Board of Regents

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates educational and administrative

activities of the college in conformity with CHED and school board activities.
• Creates an environment conducive to the attainment of the highest
standard of education for students.
• Participates in the over-all planning of the college.
• Prepares department budget.
• Selects, orients and evaluates College of Business faculty and staff
• Designs and reviews curriculum for BSBA, BSA, and BSCS.
• Decide on cases of students and faculty brought up to the council
• Review student and faculty manual.

Practicum Coordinator

• Expose and orient students on the different management situations before

the actual placement.
• Arrange for the placement of practicum students on the different business
enterprises
• Evaluates performances of students before and after training.
• Coordinates with the different business enterprises on the acceptance and
training of students.
