Introduction:
To begin with the name of Allah the most merciful, we would like to put forward in this report for you the program of Somali Youth Politicians Forum (SYPF) which has been discussed, demonstrated and ratified by all the members of young Somalis politicians in their first biggest conference which was held in the capital city of Somalia Mogadishu between 15-18 March 2011. The program of Somali Youth Politicians Forum (SYPF) is written in Somali Language and it has also been translated to English and Arabic languages. However, the objectives, strategies and goals of SYPF which have been notified in here requires more clarifications and explanations but it is interesting to note that they have been detailed and wrote in the official document of SYPF. Finally, I would like to address my sincere thanks and gratitude to all members of SYPF wherever they are because of their significant contributions and supports directly or indirectly to the agenda of establishing Somali Youth Politicians Forum (SYPF). In particular, I would like to present my especial gratitude to the standing committee those who contributed abilities, ideas and their precious time. Similarly, we would like to welcome with open hands and hearts to all the young Somali generations those who are really interested to join the SYPF, and tell them that we are the Somali Youth Politicians Forum that Somalis people was waiting for. Lastly, we hope for the Somali Young Parliamentary Politicians part for success, development and bright future.

Background of Somali Youth Politicians Forum The Somali Youth Politicians Forum (SYPF) was established and founded by a couple of Somalis patriotic persons those who are part of parliamentary members in the current TFG of Somalia exactly at the beginning of this year at 1st of January in 2011 in the capital city of Somalia Mogadishu. The SYPF is a political part which is aimed to launch the system of free and fair elections in democratic way based on justice, consultation, equality, free of dialogue, and enhancing the honor, image, and existence of Somali unity without defecting or damaging the Islamic religion and culture of Somali people. Geographic Area of Somali Youth Politicians Forum (SYPF) Geographically, the young Somali Youth Politicians part, operate in the capital city of Somalia Mogadishu and anticipates in the near and long term future to spread out its offices to the entire regions of the democratic republic of Somalia. The SYPF welcomes and at the same time ponders and considers the charter and constitution of the Somali federal government and federal regions and the newly emerging once those based on and accept to spread the federalism in the country. Therefore, this young politician part opened initially its first office of SYPF in the capital city of Somalia Mogadishu and anticipates setting up new sub offices through the whole nation of Somalia in the short and long term future if the situation is applicable. Similarly, the SYPF look forward to start having offices in the globe. The Vision of SYPF part The vision of Somali Youth Politicians part is to unify the whole Somali people in general and young generations in particular wherever they stay inside and outside of the country. Moreover, the SYPF is ready to enhance, facilitate, establish and implement the system of good governance. Similarly, the SYPF anticipates collecting the significant ideas, suggestions, and thoughts of young Somali generations in order to get a proper solution that can be used to prevent the system that destroyed Somalis unity which was based on tribalism and clanism.

Goals and objective of SYPF The goals and objectives of Somali Youth Politicians Part can be classified in to two which are short term goals and Strategic/long term goals. Strategic or Long term Goals of SYPF are include as follow: To intensify and take part the current political solutions of the country as well as contributing the federalism regions systems that are compatible to the rules and regulations of the Somali TFG which is aimed to re-unify the whole Somali people and at the same time facilitating new window to guide people and country to follow the system of multiparts that can enhance and establish good governance in Somalia. To prepare the young Somali generations to contribute and play a crucial role in the involvement of the political affairs of the country, social service/work, and at the same time preparing them to lead the country and spreading good governance systems. Short term goals of SYPF include: To spread out the program of SYPF to the whole Somali community in general and to the young generations in particular by using face to face communication with individuals, general meetings and conferences, as well as using other communication tools to guide and lead the society to the right path of democracy. To start slightly the sub office operations of SYPF in order to; Mingle with the Somali society in order to get and know the real facts and information that provide the real situations that Somali people are in terms of poverty, ignorance and prolonged wars that have destroyed and damaged the whole Somali society. To strength the implementation of SYPF programs and activities. To study scientifically the real needs of Somali society in general and the needs of young generations in particular.

To start and teach the society the basic foundation of democratic system and how to implement it. To encourage the Somali young generations to release their suggestions and opinions, and at the same time to allow them to be involved in the decision making processes of building the democratic system of the society.

To organize and implement a planned programs of community mobilization for all different parts of Somali society in general and to the Somali juvenile generations in particular who are the backbone of the society. It is interesting to note that, this community mobilization is aimed to build and establish the basic foundation of democratic system from ground and to get full commitment and support from the different parts of the community.

To strength the knowledge, skills, abilities (KSA) of Somali youth people.

The philosophy of Somali Youth Politicians Forum:


Foreign Policy:

To consider and ponder the rules and constitutions of United Nations (UN), African Union (AU), IGAD, and other official organizations those operate in the horn of Africa which is not against to interest of Somali people and charter and constitution of Somali government. To have good political cooperation with all democratic societies in the world in general and to the African societies in particular.
Domestic Policy:

To prepare, organize, and take part the Somali national political forums especially youth involvement in politics with the help of all concerned parts such as government and societies especially to the issues related to the young generations role in the political field. To support and intensify and contribute the governmental system which exists in the country. To be well prepared to handle and chair free and fair elections.

To stand for peace building and reconciliation of different parts of the Somali society in order to reach a sustainable solution that can be used to eliminate and reduce the prolonged disputes and wars which existed many parts of the country. Social affairs: To increase and enhance the quality of education and other skills of knowledge of young Somali youth. To create special treatment places such as clinics throughout the whole nation which can be used to cure different vulnerable communities in the Somali society. To prepare projects that are assigned to develop women groups, youth, sports, fun and musics, as well as playing and essential role in enhancing workers and activities conditions. To support and advocate for law and order, justice, and at the same time preventing corruptions, individual interests, and keeping the national property. Security issues: To participate the programs of guiding the young armed people who mistakenly took the misleaded or wrong ideas and at the same time used to wars and instability. To encourage and help security agencies and taking part the rebuilding processes of law centers, police stations, and prisons to restore stability and hope in the country. Religion and Culture: Islamic religion is the only religion in the nation which can be used as the basic foundation of constitution and law of the Somali government. Encouraging and strengthening the Somali tradition and culture such as sports and customs. Language: The Somali Language is the official language of the nation and its people (Maay and Maxaa tiri). Both Arabic and English languages are the second official languages in the country.

How to implement the programs of SYPF: Officially the Implementation Committee of Somali Youth Politicians Forum (SYPF) has the right to execute the programs and activities of SYPF as demonstrated in the constitution of SYPF with the consultation and cooperating with all organizations mentioned in below: The Federal or central government of Somalia Federal regions and central government Women, youth, workers, and disabled organizations The educated and intelligent Somali people inside and outside of the country The Somali vulnerable communities
