CURRICULUM OUTLINE FOR

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE


Preface
Traditional Chinese Medicine possesses a unique theoretical system,rich clinical
experience and exellent clinical effects.it has made great contributions to the health of
mankind.either now or future,based on its own potential,TCM will play an
increasingly important role in promoting the development of a world medicine,an
more attention of peoples in the world.more and more international friends are
interested in TCM and they are studying and practicing TCM throughout the world.in
order to overcome the study barrier and to help the teacher to teach TCM correctly,we
are eager for a TCM instructor outline.
This outline is based on the medical textbook for international students, mainly
made for the internal students ,it is designed by the teaching and researching group of
Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The teaching content of Traditional Chinese Medicine includes five parts :basic
theory of TCM ,diagnostics of TCM ,Chinese medica and formulas of TCM,the
meridian-collaterals and acupoints,chinese massage.

The aim of this subject is to let the students master the essence of TCM,
udersand the basic theory of TCM and grasp the basic skill to treat the common
diseases,make groud for the future clinical work.
